Had to find an early morning coffee spot & came across this gem. From the moment you walk in, stick figure was playing on the sound system, the pastries all looked incredible & if your grandma had baked them, the smell of fresh brewed coffee & the unique hand crafted gifts all contributed to an overall pleasant experience. THEY MAKE THEIR OWN CHAI!!! and it is delicious. We were really into chai for a long time, to the point that we even tried making our own for a while (unsuccessfully). Eventually we just gave up ordering chai in coffee/tea shops because they all used the super sweet concentrate that you can buy at any grocery store, which ends up tasting sweet without any actual spice. Everyone at the Rimrock Coffee Company is really nice and there is a welcoming atmosphere. They also customize the drinks to your taste, which we appreciated. The coffee is also excellent. We are staying in Cornville, which is in between Sedona and Cottonwood. As you can assume, there aren't many places to get a coffee that is what my boyfriend called it "BIG CAFFEINE" but he said he found a good spot to take me. First Class Coffee! And More! Stopped here one morning on the way up Interstate 17. What a surprise! The coffee was definitely my style and we also got tea and excellent fresh pastries. A sweet little oasis in the desert, this coffee shop had great coffee, quaint handmade goods, and art. The staff was friendly and the menu items featured some interesting combos including their specialty, "The Vedic", which had a 7 mushroom blend, grass-fed butter, and maple syrup. I should have tried it, but I was boring and kept with my usual, which was perfect. If we ever drive through Rim Rock again, we will be stopping at Rim Rock Coffee. read more

We were up at Montezuma Well when the rains came, at first the occasional flurry and sudden a deluge. When we got back to the car, steaming up the windows Ana and I looked at each other and said 'COFFEE!' There's not a ton of choice: anywhere will do, so we dashed to Rimrock. It's lovely!! A cute, friendly warm place in the rain would always be welcome, but the server behind the counter was friendly and patient as I struggled to understand the wide and interesting coffee menu. 'Sonoran Mocha' with cacao and cayenne pepper is fantastic: the flavors are much more subtle than I expected, but in a very good way. (Most coffee places go on the 'more is always better' rule). I think this coffee shop deserves to be on the stop list for every visitor to the well! read more

Stopped here on our way back home leaving Flagstaff and it was incredible. The girls working were very sweet and the breakfast sandwich that has chili in it I would've never thought to get ever, but it was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The coffee was great too. Unexpected greatness in an out of the way location. Our Airbnb recommended this spot for breakfast. The best choice, by far, in our 2 days here, was the avocado toast. Maybe the best one I've ever had (and that includes many years in San Francisco). In addition to food and a host of coffee drinks from the basic to the unusual - all excellent, they have a variety of gorgeous, eclectic knick knacks. Highly recommend. I also recommend the "honey" store across the street - much more than honey available there. read more

Delicious coffee, they have a homemade milk which is a combo of different nuts- was really good! The treats all looked so good I wish I had more time to go back every morning and try a new one.
