I come to UMG Campbell for my primary care needs and I've never had a bad experience. The clinic…read morehas a spot in a medical building which has ample parking outside. The actual office location is on the first floor and it's one of the first doors as you head down the corridor. The receptionists have been very pleasant every time that I've visited. They check me in very quickly, are thorough updating my records (insurance, address info, pharmacy info) so I don't have to stress about it later. The waiting room is quite spacious and it's never really that busy which I suspect is because their appointments are always on time. There are a few amenities while you wait including wifi (password is by the reception desk), water, and coffee. I've never felt rushed during my appointments at all. You can book your appointments online and depending on your concern type, they will allot more or less time. You can see how long the appointment time is online or you can ask if you're making your appointment over the phone. I recommend being straight up with what you're trying to book for to ensure they have enough time for you. The physicals are usually a 1 hour slot and miscellaneous concerns I've had have been 20 minutes for a reference point. One small point is if you have insurance, make sure that you're in network. The receptionists cannot check this for you. This has to be done through your insurance provider. UMG is one of Stanford clinics and they tend to be on the expensive side from what I've been told by the staff.

Although I came in for a routine annual physical and a cold, I was charged nearly $550 for this one time visit due to first patient form and setup. I really feel the medical bills in US has gone through the roof with the lack of clarity in terms of medical insurance coverages and doctors overcharging for routine checkups. I highly recommend those that are looking for basic annual checkups to ensure to look for primary physicians and set up a preventative appointment rather than any other appointment since preventative care is covered 100% by most insurances. This can help avoid a lot of headaches for the wrong appointment and wrong procedures being done, not only hampering your health needs but also finance. Buyers beware!

We learned to be "patient" with her because we knew she usually spent a lot of time to examine her patients and follow up with history. It is usually at least an hour per visit. The hospital set up time for the type of visits for doctors and she always ran overtime. This may not be good for patients who don't want to spend too much time with a doctor. But for baby boomers, we need someone who care us more than we care ourselves. She know my personal medical history and family history better than I do and she catches any problems before they get serious. I know two of her patients, my friends, got treated for cancer at early stages because Dr. Kwok knew something was not right and recommended them to go to the hospital for in-deep examinations. If you are young and healthy, and always rush to do everything, then you are better to stick with someone associated with the doctors under the hospital umbrella. They truly efficient. She is a concierge doctor now and she is now allowed to see patients with necessary time without limitation. The membership fee is worthy when you need outstanding care quality. We love her and we are happy she is looking after us. https://www.doctoresterkwok.com

Also she would go above and beyond to provide the care for her patients. I was discharged from an acute hospital In early July 2025. I was too weak to make an office visit after the discharge. Dr. Kwok made 3 house calls in 5 days. I became very ill again on day 4. When she came to visit me on the 5th day , she called 911 and sent me to a different hospital which is better, but further from her office. She stayed in ER with me for 6 hours and visited me in the hospital daily for a week. Her dedication and professionalism truly saved my life. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor.

The waiting room is adequate. The two office workers are helpful and nice. One remembers my mom fondly. Dr. Yeh is very professional and caring and provides the best medical care he can for his patients.

This one star rating was for the front desk receptionist (Not Ann. Ann was the best professional,…read moresuper nice receptionist). This one star review was for the small woman receptionist who should have been serving in this office for over or around 10 years. She was too rude, too inpatient, and very unprofessional to be qualified for serving in Dr office. We believed not only one patient had such bad experience with that receptionist: When patient who just visited the dr office two weeks ago called in requesting to talk to the junior Dr Yeh for the Dr failed to call the patient as scheduled to review the recent lab report with the patient and prescribed necessary medication before the patient's medication running out. This receptionist showed very unprofessional, very inpatient and very rude when answering the patient call. She not only refused to bridge the patient to the dr but also complained to the patient and requested the patient to stop calling in (if the problem had been resolved who would have interest to waste time to call in?). She even claimed that the dr would not prescribe any medication no matter how before she had managed to reach out to the dr and passed a full picture of the patient situation to the dr. When the patient shew understanding that the dr was busy at the time being and asked if she could let the dr returned call in a later time. She categorically shouted "NO! dr is busy he won't call you back". Did the dr office ever trained the receptionist that in such circumstance as a receptionist should take down the patient contact information and let the dr made a decision? The doctors in this office should periodically read the patient's review and take action to make improvements no matter the receptionist is related to the family or not. A qualified great front desk receptionist like Ann could definitely help the business.
