We had small talk and I was thankful for her being in today! She took her time and was extra gentle and careful and kept asking me if I was good and etc. My boyfriend got Tracy and he said she was super nice friendly and kind. Overall this place looks like a hole in the wall on the outside but inside was super nice !! Their prices are affordable and the staff was pleasant. I asked for us both to have the same service. Yet my daughter was done 25 minutes before me. When I inquired the manger said that we didn't. After what happened I didn't want to put my daughter thru that . The lady doing mine was great at massage but the paint job was bad and clumsy. The lady doing my daughter's didnt have her glasses borrowed another lady's. She got her glasses half way thru. A guy brought them in. My daughter texted me her toe was bleeding. I inquire. The lady claimed it was an ingrown. My daughter was confused. Once she got her glasses and noticed she rushed the pedicure and the workers were talking back and forth. I wish I had my translating ear buds on. Her toe was hurting walking and in the car I could see where her nail was cut and reshaped into the nail bed why it was bleeding. Black background was hr later. Blue back ground next day. Busy week so didn't go to the shop. Just went on to check if they responded, which they did but notice my full details we gone. The offer to redo the pedicure cause they were busy. If busy is half the shop empty. They do not have enough workers. No one should ever do someone service with our proper full vision. Why would my daughter want to go back and she had a dance performance she couldn't do now due to pain in her toe. My photo update that stayed basic said this service should never happen and hope they contact me. The details need to be known.

I accidentally went 5 weeks once but they still had almost no lifting. I usually get nail art and Tony does a great job recreating the photos I bring. I was made to pick a simple design because of their near closing time and then changed $95 to drill my nails, put on base coat, spray some nail polish on and then put some gems on clumsily. I was not argumentative and walked out feeling super disrespected and sad knowing that I couldn't stand up for myself the way I needed to. What I am trying to say is these people are opportunistic scammers who are looking for an easy target and yesterday it was me. I have put pictures below for a visual of what they did. The cheetah print ones is what I came in with a little grown out and I was missing one of my pointer fingers. The plainer ones with kuromis on it is what I left with from their shop.
