Let me say that the quality of flowers is unmatched. The product that they are turning out here is fantastic and if you're unhappy with an arrangement or it fades too quickly, they will replace it with no hesitation due to their guarantee policy. I come at least once per week/every other week as I leave a bouquet of flowers on my sister's grave nearly every weekend. What's changed recently I feel is the level of customer service. I had been returning to this store for so long because I truly enjoyed the florist there Geoff. I haven't seen him in quite some time - not sure if he relocated or left the business - but the new staff doesn't have the same professionalism, kindness or presence that he had. It really makes a difference! I'll keep returning in the hopes that I see him again soon - everything he crafted was so beautiful and I just haven't had the same quality of product or experience since. The place just doesn't seem as taken care of or clean as it was when we used to see him there. I hope he's okay! He truly made this store special. Great flowers and product quality - but recently, just isn't what it used to be.

She knew I was in a dark place because of a traumatic situation in my life and took my weakness and ran with it. I put my trust and faith in her for months after paying her a hefty price of 12,500. Furthermore was demanded to increase my credit lines to purchase a Chanel bag and expensive perfume so she can house the " evil " that was supposedly on me. Every single thing that was given to her was promised in person, on the phone and in text that it would be given back. Although she would send me pictures of candle work, nothing she predicted came to light. When she was questioned about my belongings and when it would be given back, she began to ignore my calls and then reach back out to be a month later with a new plan on how to return my belongings. She returned the bag and perfume and 2,000 of what I've given her. Approaching a year of when I had given everything to her, I am still awaiting 10,000. Just spoke to her last Wednesday and she told me she would call me on Sunday. It's now Thursday and she has ignored everyone of my calls, which is usually how it goes. Threatens me with making a fake social media pertaining to my trauma, going to lawyers, wishes me evil and hopes that all the people who have put " evil " on me continue to do so. When she's told about lawyers being involved again she goes MIA. She is very very very gifted in a very negative way.
