I chose Ms Rinelli to redo my living trust two years ago. She & her employees were great, I even chose Ms. Rinelli to be Conservator as I had no one to distribute my estate. I have not spoken with her since then, but in May of this year I tried to contact her to do updates as I just went thru another probate. It took several calls to get someone on the phone. I never spoke to Rinelli, but was told to email the updates, which I did in May. I never heard from anyone till July, & it was an office person letting me know (2 months later) that they had them. This is the person who is supposed to be my handling my estate when I pass..I will be looking for a new attorney to update my trust as I have lost all confidence in this firm. read more
