But I didn't know that Gallagher Square are had dedicated concerts until last year, a year after they made it a concert venue. I recently saw Tape B here and it was such a fun and seamless experience. Checking in was easy and there wasn't a big line, it was super crowded but still was able to walk around fine. The lines for the concessions and bathrooms did get more packed as it got closer to Tape B but we found a bathroom with no line that people don't walk to usually. Not gonna say where it's at haha. They had a cool little Coca Cola cooler where you walk through to get drinks or water. Love the grass area, we stood at the top and it was an awesome view. Sound was amazing and the vibes were great with the San Diego peeps! Would be back to this venue in a heartbeat!

We stopped here on a Sunday, and the rec center was closed, but when I cruise by this area, I usually see people using the gazebo and charcoal bbq grills for parties and picnics. Upon closer inspection, this large rec center & park space also includes: - A softball field - A full-size basketball court - A tennis court - A playground Per the website, there are meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a kiln room inside the rec center http://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreation/centers/sclairemont.shtml. Nearby is the Clairemont Pool http://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreation/aquatics/clairemont.shtml and a Skate Park http://www.socalskateparks.com/park/Clairemont. With so many activities available nearby, there's no reason for kids of all ages to complain about having nothing to do. Just go outside and play!

But the parking is kind of small here and you might have to park on the side street . But here at this park there are Tennis Courts and a Basketball court also which is not so bad but it is painted in blue and gray . I shall say this park is for everyone and good for jogging and a walk . Also lots of kids come here to play on the playground. I suggest you take a look and see for yourself !! In the middle, more of a street section with ledges, and toward the back, a steep wall. The concrete seemed really smooth, and there didn't seem to be any problems with cracks or parts that didn't fit. I didn't see the rules, but I only saw one scooter rider and no inline skaters. There were many skateboard riders and they were making use of everything. Usually, I see rules that keep out one of the four at different parks. There didn't seem to be lights, but I was told not to be there after dark anyway.

That being said, I came here because a friend was visiting from out of town and her son wanted to go visit some skate parks. He googled several skate parks in San Diego. He found this one since it was centrally located and not too far from the hotel they were staying at. So I drove them over to this skate park. It is located ina residential community. And near the Boys & Girls Club. We found street parking very easily. When we exited the car and the kid started to enter the skate park. There was a bench occupied by a bunch of guys near the entrance to the park. We walked in, the kid skated for about a half hour to 45 minutes. He said that the park had a lot of room and the concrete was smooth. There was only skateboarders out and about. Since this was a week day it wasnt crowded. Not sure if it gets crowded on ither days. We cut our time there a little short, since the group of guys who were sitting by the entrance lit up a few joints and were smoking up. I could care less. However trying to be respectable around the.two kids that we had aged 11 and 3. This was not entirely a good environment so we left. Glad to see that oolder youlth today had no problems smoking up in front of other little.kids and setting a stellar example. We later went to a different skate park.

My boyfriend and I come here to practice hitting softballs and take in the breathtaking view of the bay, especially at sunset! While we practice hitting and throwing/catching, we've seen people fly kites, do yoga, workout, and even walk around to take in the scenery. While I haven't been inside the rec center itself, it seems like there is even more than what I have experienced. From what I've read online, they also have free weights and fitness machines, as well as special events and classes!
