Hen we came into the store we were absolutely amazed by the selection of things. One of the owners was coming around giving out fresh scones they just made for free, which were absolutely delicious. We also got a tour of the entire building by said owner, who was absolutely wonderful to talk to. He showed us all sorts of things about the building and answered all of our questions, then he patiently helped us check out as we were giving him lots of stuff to weigh and wrap near closing time. Everything was very reasonably priced as well! Absolutely amazing business that seems to do so much for their community! Absolutely going to visit again. I could not recommend this place enough!

There's a woodshop in the basement where they make their own yarn swifts to sell (I can vouch enthusiastically for their quality) and there's a kitchen upstairs where they occasionally make scones and muffins and things to hand out for free. Just 'cuz they can. I've heard Seattle natives bemoan that they don't have anything half as good as Paradise Fibers. I wouldn't think to go anywhere else in town for anything fiber arts.

I came here a few times recently as of writing and everytime it makes me understand my grandma more and more. The workers here are clueless and lazy. Checkout is always a mess. A few times my mom and I just decided to leave because of how chaotic checkout can be. Today, some random girl came in acting all dumb about balloons and I figured the old lady worker was gonna wait to help her after helping the literal line forming. But no, had to wait five minutes for the old lady worker to even glance at us. And when she did, she told everyone to do self check out. Great idea if it wasn't for their horrible self check out machines that ask if you want to become a member after scanning each item. Besides, I had to go through her to check out some markers. When I said so she said they sold out on all of them and someone else just tried to buy them a day before. So why was it still up then? If you had someone ask you about them a day before why didn't you take them back by now? And when I was over in that section I saw a worker just standing there too. My experience whenever I come here is always shitty and annoying. It sucks since its between Michaels or Hobby Lobby for art supplies. And fuck Hobby Lobby for being homophobic assholes. On my life I'm cursing this location with every bad energy I'll extract from Tyler Catastrophe. This location is spiritually ran by him.

Great little art co-op downtown…read more I stopped in to pick up a print I had purchased from a local artist and was impressed by all the amazing items in the store. Prints, pottery, baskets, woodwork, and a lot more. You could spend a bit of time in the store and come away with some unique, one of a kind local art pieces. Located just behind Aunties Bookstore, next to Barrister's tasting room. You could make a great local day perusing books, art, tasting local wine, and walking the park. I can't wait to go back for a longer browse and purchase an item or two for Mother's Day.

They have jewelry makers, glass workers, painter, pretty much anything you can think of. The shop is run by the artists themselves, and they are some of the sweetest people. They are very knowledgeable about what is in the store and willing to talk to you about anything if you have any questions. It is all local artists, so it makes for great souvenirs for people coming in from out of town. Or even for locals who want something made locally to decorate their house. One of the really cool things is that each month they have an art show that showcases both artists in their gallery and others who are interested in participating. The work is always changing in both the gallery and the shows so you aren't walking in and seeing the same stuff every time. I find this particularly fun and cool because it gives you a reason to go back and just explore what they have and see new things. It's a small little galley that is located in the Liberty building, right where Auntie's Bookstore and Uncle's games is. It is completely worth checking out if you want to find something unique and original that will remind you of Spokane or the Pacific Northwest.
