Damaged my vehicle! I pulled the side mirrors in but the brushes yanked on of the back out so hard that it flipped it the other direction. The mirror shattered and the turn signal cover cracked. The staff said that they don't cover damaged mirrors. Replacement parts are over $250 to replace myself, I don't know what an auto shop would charge. read more

Before they sold to dash, this was a decent car wash. Now its HORRIBLE. The smell took almost a full week to leave my car, and that was just getting a wash on the outside. Whatever fragrance they are using in the wash permeated the car, and I had a headache for the whole week until the smell went away. When this location was Rinse N Ride, it was the best carwash in town. I have to say I am very disappointed with this Dash carwash. When it was Rinse N Ride, it only cost me $11.00, and I got a tire shine with it. Now, you can't add on extra's, like tire shine. You have to bump up to the $16.00 wash which is $5 higher than what I've paid before. And then, they wouldn't give me a towelette or air freshener because I'm not a member. What the heck????!! Vestor came to the rescue and gave me one of each. He was very good and very helpful. I don't drive very much so to pay monthly for a carwash is not in the cards for me. One of the guys actually said to me "that's on you." Well, I don't like having to pay a monthly fee for anything. There are a lot of other people out there that don't want to do that. There are plenty of other carwashes I can go to. I'll take my business elsewhere since I'm not worth a .10 air freshener & a .10 wet towelette. Also, I went on their website and complained. He immediately made eye contact with me despite what he was in the middle of to ensure I knew he acknowledged me. He proceeded to where I was and continued to help me with my membership. Hooray to John!!! I'm not sure how I ended up on this side of the tracks but glad that I did because I haven't gone to this part of Mesa in years!!! So much has changed! Decided to grab a car rinse because I was exhausted and didn't feel like going to my usual spot, which the closet location wasn't close enough for me. John ran from the other land to me to go over my options for a wash and John was honest in going over his recommendations for my vehicles. He really tried hard to steal me away from my usual car wash establishment, but without making me feel pressured. John deserves a RAISE PLEASE!!! I was in and out which is what I liked. I've been a monthly member here for over two years, but that will likely be changing. The quality of the wash has gradually gotten worse over the last few months. Spots are left on the body, windows are streaky, and they are often out of the hand towels. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. In addition to the facility being dirty, they were playing some inappropriate music. It has been raining on and off so I just wanted to clear it up a bit. For this price it was a great deal. The nice towels I used to wipe up some streaks here and there did the job. Decent wash. Free towels. Decent vacuums. I brought my mother's vehicle in and paid for the most expensive wash ($20). The gentleman that guided me into the wash didn't really make eye contact with me but more importantly didn't spray off the vehicle with the pressure wash guns. I thought that was standard, but for the $20 wash I figured something? I went through, the tires on the front had some wetness to them, but the back tires looked completely missed and dry. I figured it was her car which is an older Civic, so I checked around and everyone else's tires seemed at least hit with the water. Lastly, I searched to ask someone about it, but some guy was too busy folding little blue towels to acknowledge me and the other one was nowhere to be found. I would not recommend this location. I'm getting what I pay for at $9.99 per month I get unlimited crappy washes I'm satisfied. I love the free vacuum, compressed air and clean microfiber towels to assist with maintaining a clean vehicle. They have a wash sink too which is a plus I often pre clean tires before going thru wash to make sure they're clean. They have several locations and decent hours of operation. read more

Rinse n Ride Car Wash is a new(er) car wash located in an easy-to-access location near Country Club (87) and the 60! As you pull into the area where you choose your wash and pay for it, a staff member usually is nearby and will ask if you have any questions. I prefer this method over the car washes where the associate just grabs your card and swipes it for you. Just my preference... but paying for a car wash seems like a step that most people should be able to figure out on their own, lol. Their prices range from $3 for a rinse, to $7 for the next-step-up wash, and there are a couple other higher-priced washes. To me, paying more than $7 for a car wash is absurd since your car will be dirty/dusty again in a few days. And since the $7 car wash makes my car look like new, I really cannot justify paying more anyway! And speaking of the wash, Rinse n Ride does a very thorough job of cleaning those areas that many other car washes fail to get! Rinse n Ride also provides free towels, which is a nice bonus that a lot of other car washes do not offer! I don't know if the water system is different than the north mesa one, but this place actually cleans my cat. The other one left some weird film on my car. Great car wash that only takes 3 minutes!! Needed to clean my truck after a 8 hour trip because it got full of bugs and dirt. I really liked how easy it was to purchase the car wash and how quick and clean my vehicle came out. I got the $12 car wash and it was well worth it. I do like how you can get a membership card and the cameras know if you have a tag. The car was it self was really cool. There were a bunch of lights when you went through the wash which was cool. I paid for middle tier monthly wash at discount. It went up as isntructed in price, but it went up to over the highest amount. Then they were suppose to adjsut but it got adjusted to the 4th tier, which I never received. Each time I went I had to select tire shine. This was the third level. I was overcharged 3 levels.
