I came in needing a refill on my acrylics and requested the same design I already had: a pink French tip. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. While the nails look somewhat okay from a distance, they are not pink but nude and up close they're quite thick, uneven, bumpy to the touch and the tips are not well done. I asked the nail tech to fix the tips before I left because they were smudged, but I don't think they are any better. I was especially disappointed given the occasion, as I was hoping to feel confident and polished with my hands being in the spotlight. Additionally, the nail technician seemed rushed and was not very gentle during the process, which resulted in a few cuts. Despite the experience, I still paid and left a 20% tip out of courtesy. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps the salon improve for future clients. This may not be the best place for detailed or delicate designs like French tips.

We had let our nails dry for 30-45 minutes in the salon and approximately four hours afterwards by running errands in sandals. We remembered from the first time we visited this business that the SAME problem had happened before, but we thought that it was our fault for not letting the polish dry long enough (~30 mins). Noticing that the same problem happened again the second time, we called and asked to speak to the salon manager. We requested a refund for our most recent visit because, in total over 4 visits, we have paid $180 + tip for four separate pedicures which have all been a complete waste of money. We were told that no refunds are offered, including partial refunds, and that our only option was to return for more polish, which is too inconvenient for us due to drive time. Our suspicion is that this nail salon tries to pass off gel polish without the UV light as " regular polish". They told us on the phone that they have consistent problems with their regular polish never drying. Apparently, only the manager, Angie, knows how to correctly apply regular nail polish per our conversation. I do NOT recommend this nail salon.

I got a lash lift by Sarah and a spray tan by Claire and now I will be addicted!! Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence! It lasted a full 10 days for me and I loved it! My eyelashes are also amazing and it is so nice to wake up in the morning with a lift already done! My husband has noticed them and loves the look as well! I will be a lash lift client for life now! I had never had a spray tan or lash lift prior to this experience and I could not have asked for a better experience! I got my hair done the day before by Lilly and she was incredible! For context I have brown hair and I've gotten two different balayage treatments done to make it much lighter in the last 6 months by different hair dressers. It still was not the look I was going for until I met Lilly! She listened to what I wanted and asked the proper questions to get me to my goal! I am SO happy with how it turned out!!
