The food & beverages are always phenomenal. Never a problem. Unfortunately; the service is never too great, unless you speak with the owners (very kind people), the people at the register/making beverages are never friendly. It's such a bummer because all around this place is great, I love coming here. Just unfortunate that the people working make it less of an experience. I am never greeted, and they treat you more like an inconvenience. The airport location is more friendly, but nonetheless it's definitely an issue among both locations. read more

The food and drinks were ok, but I did not realize going into this establishment that this place is run by people who believe the United States should be a "Christians Only" nation. They had a newsletter on every table with misinformation about our country's founders' supposed endorsement of a religious government. For example, they had a quote attributed to George Washington which cannot be historically verified, but they included it because its suits their narrative. The United States was founded as a secular nation, so that people of all faiths can worship (or not worship) freely. Even Jesus said, "Give unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's." See the gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke. Look, worship however you want, but the US government must remain secular because we a a diverse nation. I cannot in good faith support a business that actively wants to take away freedom of religion to a large majority of our citizens. read more

Tasteless food and terrible service. The wait staff brought us the wrong order then came back and said "Are you Kevin?" (I'm not). So they gave me the wrong order. When I asked about it they said - "Well its your now." They didn't even verify what I had ordered. Earlier when asking for coffee, they gave it to me black. I drink it with cream. When I asked where could I add cream the response was, I'll add cream for you. The person then steamed some milk (?) and put it in. No stirrer, no sweetener, no customer concern. And on top of it all, they expected a tip. The food had no taste and mine got cold while I waited for them to correct my wife's order. Stay away - not a good spot. read more

Great coffee spot. Plenty of room with a great book corner for sharing. College son & I went in for a little downtime to catch up. I currently am doing keto & the Cashier/Barista weren't very helpful just a blunt.. You'll have to do plain coffee. My son loved his coffee and my plain coffee had a rich flavor and was smooth. We did buy a bag of beans for him to take back to school. They also have some beautiful cups for sale, possibly by local Artists. Very delicious latte. The espresso was smooth with no bitterness. Hints of chocolate and nice caramel after taste. It was so good we drank one in the store and then got one to go! Cute little spot. Three tables that seat four people each and 4 comfy chairs. Would have liked to have seen bags of beans with a better stock. We are from out of town and would have loved to have gone home with a bag of beans to use at home! Also, the sweets case could have had a few more offerings. So thankful to have found this place and it's close to the Vero office we frequent. First and foremost thank you for having something for kiddos, other than milk, water and juice. Not that adults can't enjoy the shakes and smoothies but it was a pleasant surprise for my little guy! We stopped in both days we were in town and enjoyed the 4 types of iced lattes we chose and 2 smoothie flavors. We even grabbed a bag of coffee to send to a friend. My son thought their brownies were the best thing ever, firm on the outside and gooey in the center. My only complaint would be the layout. It's small and a smidge cramped. A change in furniture could easily create a better vibe and make guests feel more welcomed. read more

Such a cute little place in downtown. They have cold and hot coffees flavored, brewed, espressos etc. They serve some food but we didn't try any cooked. We just grabbed a banana bread which was homemade and delicious. Plus had a coco mocha ice espresso with almond milk and a ice coffee with vanilla flavor and condensed milk. Both were delicious! I love Rio Coco coffee and I am so pleased to see a new location from my favorite café in town. The downtown location is so convenient and I stop by whenever I can. The only thing I could ask for is longer hours. I strongly recommend the dirty chai lattes for the adventurous, pour overs for the coffee traditionalists, and the espresso beverages for the sugar fans. At this location they offer different food options than the airport location and I really enjoy Laz's Chicken Salad sandwich which also comes with a side salad. This time I ordered avocado toast and it came on incredible 5 grain bread with hard boiled egg ,Avocado and a balsamic reduction. The crisp local green salad was a perfect side.
