The alternator was bad and the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. They took care of it all and it was great service and a very reasonable price. A couple weeks later I needed some brake work done, oil change and tire rotation and there was a noise when I would accelerate. I made an appointment to drop it off at 9 am and at 1245 they called to let me know it was done. They replaced all rotors and pads, adjusted the parking brake, oil change and tire rotation and replaced the serpentine belt since it had cracks in it. They kept the car for over four weeks and could not diagnose three out of three problems I was having. I finally picked it up, and my neighbor referred me to René at action imports. I made an appointment with Rene and dropped off the car on a Monday morning at 8:30 AM... Within two hours he had called me and diagnosed all three problems with an exact estimate. I was traveling on Business and he agreed to keep the car for the entire five days until I returned. I picked up the car and everything was fixed. I was very happy.
