I have spent most of my professional career with Mercedes-Benz, as a Sales Person, a GM, a Manager, and working in my own dealership with MBFS in Fort Worth selling repossessed Sprinters. I can honestly tell you that I have NEVER felt more attended to in a dealership than I did yesterday while getting one of my Mercedes serviced, (the CLK450).  When it comes time for me to bring my E350 Wagon in, I know where I will bring it. Amanda, the Service Advisor, made sure that I was informed and gave me excellent reasons to "Go ahead and get the work done now, rather than let it become a problem".  I came in for an inspection, and wound up spending $1500, and felt like I got more than my money's worth. Ashley, the Service Manager, was very busy yesterday, but still got involved just enough to make me feel like a VIP. The topping on it all was when Van Corbin, Sales Manager, who was slammed yesterday, came out at the end of the day and thanked me for bringing my car there for service...  Who gets that kind of treatment?? With AutoAlert, I have been in over 200 of the 350 Mercedes dealerships around the country, and ALL of them would wish that they had a committed team like you have at Pohanka Mercedes-Benz. I firmly believe that your store is destined to become a REGIONAL center for Mercedes.   Mercedes owners expect great service, are willing to pay for it, and are loyal when they get it. I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Pohanka Jeep in Salisbury, Sept 2024. The car has given me good service and I received a text from Pohanka about an interest in purchasing my Jeep. I called two times before Il could speak to a sales manager. The offer was definitely unacceptable for a pristine Jeep with under 22,000 miles. The sales manager lives close to my home and I even ask if he could stop by and take a look at my Jeep to reconsider a better offer. Its showroom ready..Never driven off road garage kept perfect condition...Couldn't accomodate me. So second question... I asked him if I could get a second key since it did not come with one and all the online platforms ask about the number of keys and the price is reduced because of only one key. The sales manager said my purchase would have reflected that. I was never told this when I purchased the Jeep. I hung up feeling very disheartened. Goodwill to a customer is what you won't receice anymore...Ive purchased from Pohanka Mercedes several times and its a totally different experience. Pohanka has lost me as a customer over a key and a text to solicit me to purchase my Jeep. An offer almost $3,000 less than Carvana. Educate yourself before you walk into this dealership. Ill never purchase another vechicle from Pohanka again.

Called and asked for Service and got transferred to 2 different departments before I got arrogant…read moreAustin who is very rude. First, he proceeded to tell me that I had not gotten the seat belt recall done which I did and they even put me in a loaner. Kept saying it was Hyundai mistake and not service. Then I ask him how long it would take for the 2 open recalls on my car and for them to check my cabin filters and he said 3 hours. I am not sitting in a lobby for 3 hours and I ask him if he had a loaner and he was very rude in telling me loaners were first come first service and that he had a list of people waiting for a loaner and that he could not bump anyone, and I said I didn't ask you to bump anyone I was just inquiring about one. Then he said we have a shuttle that you can use. His tone and words were certainly out of line, and I called Preston Hyundai and got the most wonderful lady, and I have scheduled an appointment.

Made appointment as I can't be without it here around the farm. 2. They postponed me due to too much work. 3. Dropped in off as instructed on a Saturday ready to be worked on the next week. 4. Heard nothing from them for two weeks then got a call saying it was too dirty to work on...........duh, you postponed me so I used it after I'd thoroughly cleaned it for your......charged me $125.00 to wash it!!! 5. Heard nothing for another week, called them, was assured it was coming in the next week to work on and be done end of next week (already well over a month after it was originally scheduled for the work.)!!!! 6. Heard nothing, called the end of that next week was assured it would be done next week. 7. They called and said the easy work was done like tune up but the upgrades were probably not going to be done as the bolts were rusty!!! I blew up.......told them the easy work was supposed to be done after the upgrades, not before. They said they'd do the upgrades but it would double their estimate......I said "whatever, just get the the d*^m thing done. 8. Went to pick it up, one of the upgrades was a new skip plate system. They handed me a big box of parts they said didn't fit my machine and sent me off. 9. Turns out they'd only installed 2 of the 5 sections they were supposed too. I had to install the other parts!!!! Their excuse............they work on 7 different models and sometimes they don't see each model often enough to remember what they're working on!!!! SO SAD!!!!f In the end I got it back 2 months after it was originally scheduled and cost me twice as much............NEVER AGAIN.

Purchased our boat in what turned out to be the midst of Covid last year…read more Covid presented a ton of challenges with supply and delivery from manufacturers creating an unimaginable set of circumstances for the brand new takeover for this management team. Although what should have been a routine purchase turned into a couple of month ordeal due to Covid, the management team was fantastic and from our weekly to daily update calls built a solid foundation with us. I highly recommend Ron and his team especially if you want to be recognized as a person throughout your ownership and not just a one day sale. They truly run a family oriented business and I'd recommend them highly.

I figured I would just add the cost of the cleaning onto the price of the truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning & picked it back up about 4:00 p.m. My daughter drove me to pick up the truck. When she saw the truck, she was amazed how it looked. They did both inside, including carpets, and outside wash and wax. The next day she made an appointment for her older model SUV. They did an excellent job for her too. It's a lot of money to have your car detailed often, but maybe once a year or so you can do. Put $20.00 or so in your piggy bank every month. After a year or so, you can afford a good package you will be happy with. Oct. 2016, UPDATE: I took my small 2009 SUV in for an exterior detail. I wanted a coat of wax on the vehicle for the winter snow and road salt. Excellent job. Looks new again.
