Over my life, I've paid a lot of guys to detail my car. Some were excellent, some were just good, and one was both expensive and mediocre at the same time! We asked the crew at Auto Gallery to get our car ready for a Car Show over the weekend, and not only did they finish on schedule, their prices were reasonable.... but the quality was truly incredible. I purchased a car from Auto gallery In a few days the transmission broke down .when I callled back Brian he said it wasn't his responsibility and there was nothing he could do .​I believe he knew before hand, the car was a lemon . Look up the better Business bureau he is rated f and never answered any complaint. That is his way of " turning his back on you". Worst service, ever. Bought a car from here. The car was nice, but as I learned later came with several issues that that "service" crew were too inept to fix from the start. Several HUNDREDS of dollars after purchase, not covered by warranty, I decided to find a mechanic in the area that would't rip me off. Thank goodness I did! AutoGallery mechanics are a JOKE! Wish I had PAID for the Real (most comprehensive) CARFAX prIor to sale rather than just trusting the FREE Auto Check offered here. Shocked to find Recall- Dry-Rot & failed Hydraulics which were obsolete to replace. All in less than six months but now much happier in my New Jeep Cherokee from my original New Car volume Jeep Dealer. No more "as is" used cars that are filtered through 3-4 states for me. I worked in the sales side of the car business for many years, and I am frequently elected to tag along with friends in the market to buy a new car so that I can protect them from the usual smoke and mirrors that go along with purchasing a vehicle. The Auto Gallery is the UN-dealership, and although I drove my car-buying mother there feeling very in love with my truck, after just a few minutes in the Auto Gallery, I found myself secretly wishing I could also buy a vehicle from Bryan. We had never been to this store before, and yet we were greeted like old friends, and Terry and Bryan both took the time to really get to know my mother before making a recommendation, and as a result of the time they invested, the first vehicle they showed her was the one she fell in love with immediately. Mom had not bought a car in 16 years, so this was a big deal for her. Bryan took a lot of time on a very cold and blustery day to show us all the features of the vehicle, answering any questions, and made my mother feel completely comfortable and really excited about the car. I felt respected (an unusual sensation at any car-related establishment for a woman), and that goes a very long way for me. We were given an honest, fair and remarkable price both for the vehicle being purchased and for the one being traded.
