Be your own advocat. They new they were found out. And bought the jeep back, yet to pay it off. I asked for my down payment back and money I paid on the jeep for 7 months. They said No!! I was driving home from the beach with my dog on a 95 degree day when my ac stopped working - not only stopped working, but actually blew in HOT air into the car. Couldn't do 3 hours of that, so I pulled into Millsboro Automart seeking help. Not only did they repair the ac, but made sure that my dog and I were comfortable in the amazing showroom, offered us both water, and shared lots of dog photos! Quick, friendly, honest, skilled and fair. Like an old fashioned shop Rusty, the service manager, connects you with the mechanic who works with you directly. I cannot say enough about how amazing Millsboro Automart is! I was in town for a baseball tournament. On the 3 hour ride to the area, my brakes started acting up. They felt very soft and I had to press them almost to the floor to stop my car. I got nervous about driving home and searched yelp for a recommendation. Millsboro Automart had 5 stars and great reviews and was less than a mile from our hotel. Perfect! Based on the review I saw, I took a chance and pulled in on Saturday afternoon with no appointment. I was greeted on my way in and was shown directly to a seat so I could be helped. They took my car in immediately to see what was wrong. After about an hour, I asked for an update. I learned that in that hour, the mechanics took everything apart, assessed the brakes, bled the lines, took a test drive and couldn't find anything wrong. I asked what I owed. The answer: Nothing! We didn't repair anything. Wow! I said but you took your time. No, they said. We get paid when we fix something. Well, I got back in my car and my brakes worked perfectly! This was the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Even if I had to pay to have my brakes fixed, I would have been thrilled with the fact that they took my car in without an appointment and were so thorough! Every employee was so helpful and made each customer feel welcomed and important. Kudos to this crew! read more
