I got a pedicure today and the girl that did my pedicure cut my right big toe. I did not feel it when it happened and she did not do any cleaning of the cut when she did it. She put oil on my toes which I'm assuming stopped the bleeding but she did not clean the cut nor tell me she cut me so to get home and remove my sock to a sore big toe with a nice cut wasn't fun. Would be 3 stars if I hadn't gotten cut and if more effort was put in to the care of my cuticles.

Soooo happy and beyond with my nails done by Yummi, she always does what I want in terms of designs. I asked her to do this Pinterest design and show her the pic of it, she did it exactly like the original. I have been a customer since they opened and always pleased by service. If you like designs like me in your nails this is the place with quality materials that last long time.

Had to change my review to 1 star. I decided to come here since I was in the area. I had Yumi do my nails and they turned out horrible. The shape is so ugly and not what I wanted. I'm actually very surprised since she does most of the full sets. I feel like she was rushing. I waited 30 minutes to be helped and she mentioned they were short-staffed. Never going back.

The service is always wonderful, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. YUMI IS THE BEST . Most of the time my hands are done along with my feet shortening my appointment length. I'd definitely recommend Yumi's for your hand and feet needs. It's always very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. I decided to finally try a new spot to fix my bad habit of biting my nails. I was really happy and amazed by Yumi. She is so awesome, amazing service and very talented. She introduced powder dip to me when I asked her what to recommend for my weak nails (I wanted them to stay short) and proceeded to help me with a nice design for my short nails. She was fast, great service, very professional and I will come back to see her again.

My family and I have been coming to Yumi's for about 2 years now and I've never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you on any design you want. They'll try their best to accommodate you so your nails are what you want them to be. On my recent visit, I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Sophie and she was amazing! She's so sweet and you can tell she really cares about her work. I had requested dry flower nails for spring and she frequently asked for my input on flower placement and I really appreciated that. Yumi's keeps up with the latest nail trends and I'll definitely continue to come here.

I took my cousins to get their nails done . At the first time I heard from my friend this place is the best but guess .... . They were so means and rude , the lady name Giang and these ladies were talk to each other about my cousins when they Ask for fixing...... My cousins understood what they saying but they tried to not make it complicated........

First and last time going here. Decided to go and treat myself to a relaxing nail day. Was more painful than anything. I had acrylics on but wanted to soak them off and apply new acrylics to add length, the removal process was very harsh -- I bled 3 times, on three different fingers, when he noticed I was in discomfort he would stop and then continue doing exactly what he was doing. I asked for a straight shape and got this weird skinny tip but chubby bottom half shape. I am disappointed in the simple fact that they are okay with doing this work to people and allowing them to leave their salon in that condition. As I sat there, multiple people walked in talking about how they had came in a few days prior to get a service and it wasn't to their liking. I say this with anger and frustration, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. oh and they charged me a total of $104 for unevenly messy nails.

Love it they nice and last with ten day warranty. Lots of compliments on my Christmas Haven't been here in a while this time I got gel mani and pedi and still fabulous place. This has been my go to place; however, after quarantine and not going for about a year I finally went in for a much needed spa day. To my surprise all the employees were new, the only one I recognized was Yumi (this her business). Walked in and was asked what I needed. When I said mani gel and pedi they started talking for what seemed at least 3 minutes in their language. I finally asked if I was too late and they couldn't do it. Yumi said no it's ok please come in. I was seated and someone started doing my pedi. He kept hurting me when he was scrubbing my foot although I told him it was hurting. The lady that did my mani also cut me on my left thumb. She did notice and apologize for it. The whole time they were talking to each other which was fine but I just wanted to relax and it was hard to do so. Finally I paid, left a tip and left. As I got into my car my foot started hurting. When I looked, I had cuts on both of the bottom of my feet. As much as I used to like this place, I will have to find a new spot to go to. read more

They forcibly want you to get gel or any additional things on your visit. If you don't get what they want they are rude to you the whole visit. It's never what you want, I clearly told the lady I didn't want gel on my pedi and when I went to the register they tried charging me for gel. They leave the acrylic nails are so thin they break off so easily. Don is not the guy to go to, his work is very messy. Gave this place many chances, too expensive for such bad quality. read more

I was able to get a Saturday walk in and both mani and pedi done at the same time. Love this option as it saves a lot of time! I had Ann and another you g gal who were great. Got the special pedi for $40 and mani for $30. - edit review: unfortunately after a day 2 of the nail polish came off :( I hope they use better base and top coat as this never happened to me before. read more

Can I just say how much I love Yumi's! Ladies, if you need your nails come here. Kim is the best and they're all so friendly and open to your suggestions. Honestly hard to ever go anywhere else again. Kim gets it right EVERY TIME! Update: Haven't been able to stop by for a few months and Kim took the time to reach out, ask me how I was and make time to see me just to catch up and get my nails poppin'! That's why Yumi's is amazing. P.S. to the rude customers who like to act like jerks to try and get freebies from these sweet and hardworking techs, GTFO! We used to come to this place religiously until we noticed poorer service slowly. Not sure if it's because we were so consistent but totally not acceptable. Acrylics fell off in literally 1 day, wrong shape, wrong length and all. Flaking at the cuticles, really awful. We also had an appointment for four pedicures at the same time which didn't happen. read more

I had no appointment, was greeted with smiles & entered a friendly atmosphere. They listened to what I wanted done, offered suggestions & boom, they began to work their magic. I had a bad experience at the salon before this visit. They fixed me up. This is the first time my nails were done exactly as I wanted. I finally got out of the house and decided to get a pedi mani. For the most part that experience was great. Got a treatment on both my feet and hands and it felt so good! My complaint is more on the painting of my nails. I took in my own nail polish and I guess the technician thought it was old. Ok whatever, but she still decided to use it on my toes. I feel she did a horrible job. On my hands she used the salons color... kinda the same outcome. I get it white is hard to paint, but they are the experts. What do you think? Must admit she did a better job than what I would have done, but come on for $55? And I still gave her a $10 tip. Lol I felt bad, times are rough with COVID. Time to find a different nail salon... ugh read more

Unlike other nail places Yumi hasn't risen her prices. It's incredible how other places be charging 11 dls for eyebrow waxing. I liked their work and price. Yumi and her staff are very nice as well . It was 54 dls For gel nails, pedicure and eyebrow wax .. yes please and thank you lol . read more

This is my favorite nail shop! Every time I come in I'm greeted with great service! They do acrylic overlays and they make your nails look so natural! They all take their time and don't rush. Also Kim does very great eyebrows and acrylic nails! Will definitely recommend this place!! read more

I just got a gel mani pedi here and wow they do such an excellent job! I had Sophia do my gel mani and Ben do my gel pedi. They both are so gentle, they both take their time and make sure the polish application is perfect. I'm really happy with my nails and would come back again. I highly recommend you to come here too. The gel manicure package #1 with gel color and service costs $22 and the #1 spa pedicure with gel color and service costs $30. My boyfriend also got pedi only $18 and was also pleased with the experience and his cleaned shaped toes. Note they also give a 10 day guarantee with your receipt! read more

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

My Husband and I have been wanting to get pedicures for awhile now so i did some research on what to look for while trying to decide on a location to get these services done. I read about customer service and the biggest one of all, SANITATION. The worst thing you want to do is get an infection while all you want is to be pampered. So i found Yumi's. I read all of the great reviews left by other customers and i also looked through the pictures. So i decided to check it out for myself. They were very welcoming and i felt right at home which isnt really a vibe you get at most nail shops.They used fresh equipment right from the package and everything was sterilized. Helen did my Husbands pedi and she put him to sleep! Susan did mine and let me tell you! She took very good care of me. And she also conversated with me which is a major plus. They treated us like royalty. I seriously did not expect to be taken care of the way i was today. They even provided us with waters and wine!! I am so happy with the end result and i will be going back as a regular. Im even going to take my Mom along with me and shes so excited. Thank You Yumi, for your kind hospitality and amazing staff. Thank you Helen and Susan for your magic hands. If they offered more stars i would probably give you 10!! read more

I have been looking for Yumi for over a year since she left Diva nails! After not knowing where she went, I have tried many different nail spas and was never satisfied. I'm so glad I head she opened her own shop from my friend. I came right away. Yumi is the sweetest and is always welcoming. She really cares about how satisfied and happy you are about the way your nails turn out. She listens to what you want and keeps you entertained. She doesn't just act like she cares, she actually does. Yumi is so good at what she does! Not only does she excel at doing nails, but she walks around while other nail techs are doing your nails and makes sure they are perfecting it to the way you want them!!! How much more confident can you be about having your nails come out perfect? Also, her prices are very manageable. This is my second visit and I'm very impressed! The ladies is nice and professional. I love my mani and pedi. Yumi also did an excellent job on my eyelashes and I'm amazed by how natural it looked. One thing though is the man at front desk is sorta disrespectful because when I went to pay he was just on his phone for like a few minutes before realizing I was there. The only reason I'm giving a five star because of how beautiful the nails is but please next time I recommend to the guy at the front desk to be more aware that there are customers and it's rude to be on his phone the whole time. read more

first time here. took long because when the owner walked in another girl was doing my nails and she stopped her and was teaching her how to do it right, which I'm glad. kinda pricey but whatever it's worth it. don't like how they didn't take the small little drill and go under my nails to file them down a little and take bits of the acrylic off under my nail. other than that I love my nails. the olace is suuuuper cute. Yumi & her staff are amazing and so friendly! I always call in advance for my appointment and as soon as I walk in they're ready for me! They have an amazing selection of gel colors and normal polish colors. Her prices are great! What keeps me coming back is the quality of their work. I've never had a bad experience here and I've probably been there now close to 20 times!!! Yumi is great at acrylics and Helen is my go to for gel on my normal nails when I take off my acrylics. This salon is very clean and they are extremely sanitary! 5stars always!! read more

We became friends and wish each other 'happy birthday' and 'merry Christmas,' etc. I have met her daughter, her mother, her father, and her husband. This is the best nail salon I've ever been to! I got acrylics with dried flowers and they are absolutely gorgeous. My mother, who can be quite picky, got a French tip gel and a pedicure and she loved the entire experience. The staff were super kind and accommodating and are willing to listen to what you want for your nail designs. The salon was clean and super comfortable and the prices were reasonable. I have lived in Cali for 2 years and gave been to about 10 different nail salons. Yumi Nails is by far the best! I called In before coming and was very straight forward in needing someone who was going to do my nails that was great, (because I am VERY picky). John was absolutely AMAZING! Came across this place randomly and I don't regret it. My first time it was hot and we were offered water. We get our naila done by Yumi. & Kim. Yumi is very sweet & does an amazing job, she's funny too. I recommend to make an apt ahead of time. My acrylic nails have lasted me the longest from here compared to other places. I needed a pedicure and came here after reading reviews about Susan. She did an amazing job. She takes her time with your feet and removes and dead skin, cuticle and gives a wonderful massage. I came in for a gel manicure and a basic pedicure a couple of days ago. The prices are the best I've seen in the area. $24 for a gel manicure is so cheap compare to other places.
