I've been coming here for almost a year. Every month I spend around $300 as my daughter and I get our nails done here.( full sets) Lately service and quality has gone down. I usually ask for Jazmin, the owner and she always seems to be in the worst mood. I show her the inspo pick and she quotes me a price for all the designers and at the end she does the minimum yet she still charges me the full amount. This last time two of my nails fell off after only 8 days. I think it's time to look for a new nail place. read more

Your response is incredibly disappointing. It's convenient to only address the parts that make it seem like you care, while ignoring the actual concerns that were raised. To clarify: 1. From the beginning, a gel pedicure was explicitly requested, yet a regular pedicure was provided. 2. We requested a refund only. We did not ask for nor did we want a free polish upgrade. We simply wanted our money back so we could take our business elsewhere. 3. You have not addressed the quality of the polish correction. The poor workmanship is clearly visible in the photos. This is exactly the type of subpar service we were trying to avoid experiencing a second time, which is why a refund was requested in the first place. We only agreed to have the polish corrected after the refund was dismissed, and unfortunately, the quality issue remains evident. Dont try to spin this to your benefit . read more

I made an appt for a full set for today Saturday 6/13/26 at 10am. I get to the salon and waited about 45 mins after my appt time before my service was started. All nail technician were busy and salon opened at 9am. Receptionist was very friendly and environment was nice. Technician was in a rush, one of the nail extensions was not fully glued and she was been too messy. While filling she started hurting me, she would be bumping the tools in my hands for been in a hurry. I understand they were busy,but I had an appt that was not respected of my time and they wanted me to be out in a few minutes. My thumb nail had a pointy corner and look sided. I asked her nicely if she could file corner to make it straight and she responded that she was going to file everything at the end which she did not fixed. Nail shape was ok, but nails were pretty messy, she fishing work and didnt even clean sides or allowed me to wash hands. She painted nail with all the nail dust around it. So obviously she was not painting the sides. Technician put nail oil on top of all the glue and dust si i decided to wash my nails to remove it. I spoke to the receptionist and told her I was not happy. When I walked outside I dis notice all the sides and how messy it was. I endedup going back 3 mins after I left and since technician was already busy I.waited a few minutes for her to fix them. She only painted the edge with a brush, and made one or two fixes messy to all the acrylic left on my sides. I was really disappointed since I went to the salon because it was recomemded. The receptionist advice me to return on saturday a whole week after???? For what, since I have a big event tomorrow and I need my nails done. Technician was really rude and told me that I had messed up my nails that's why they were not painted all the way. How if I had juat walked out 2 mins from the salon and came back right in. I was taking pictures of my nails in my car in the sun light. $60 for that set of nails no thanks, I will take my business somewhere else. ​ read more

I'm really disappointed with the pedicure I received. The overall quality was inconsistent and not what I expected, especially for the price. The flower design looks unfinished, the petals aren't properly connected, and the dots are messy and barely visible, which makes the whole design look sloppy rather than detailed. On top of that, my left big toe was irritated during the service, and it's still slightly red and uncomfortable in the same spot. It felt like it was bleeding but I don't see any blood just feels like maybe it's a cut or it was dug in too deep. That shouldn't happen during a basic pedicure. For how much this service cost, I expected much better attention to detail and care. Unfortunately, this felt rushed and poorly done. read more

Came back for the third time and I really appreciate this place. I got a gel manicure, pedicure, and underarm waxing ($105 + tips) First off it was a Friday afternoon but I was serviced right away. Ms. Rachel did my pedicure and she took care of my nail issues and was very careful. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the nice lady who did my nails but she was patient with me when I realized the color I chose was too bright for my liking and so they waited a bit for me to choose the right color. Which in the end was the right move, I got compliments while still in the salon and right now at work! Also her shaping also impressed me because I've had past experiences on other salon where my nails would be out of shape usually when it's my real nails. I also want to add that the lady who did my underarm wax was also nice and she reassured that my underarm hairs were long enough to be waxed lol! The vibe of the salon was overall positive and the gentleman in the front desk was polite and signed me in quick. Overall, I will recommend and bring family and friends here! Not my first time here, but sadly it'll be my last. I came in with my daughters for mani/pedis. The nail techs were super sweet--Tracey especially was great. But the front desk experience really ruined it. The woman at the desk was not welcoming at all. No offer of a drink or anything, just not a friendly vibe. i saw other customers with drinks, why not offer to me? When I went to pay, I stood there waiting while she kept saying "wait" in a curt tone multiple times even though I heard her the first time. It felt like I was bothering her. I also wished I had given the tip money directly to the technician rather than to her to given to the techicians. I spent over $300, so I expected a better overall experience. TRASH service. WOW. Lisa lied to me and said she had the colors I wanted. She added length and shaped them very pointy(which didn't look great but I just accepted it). Then she found out she didn't have the colors and could not do my back up nails either. Instead of APOLOGIZING for HER mistake or offering a discount, she blamed me for being too picky. I never get my nails done as I am disabled. This was the one day to treat myself as I am unable to work and after having a bad day already, they made it so much worse. They wasted hours of my time and her and the owner treated me terribly! The name of this business is Pink Polish yet they do not have pink shimmer polish. Funny story. I was going to Sally's to buy nail polish and Parked in front of Pink Polish nails. They were about to leave and getting ready to close, and the male staff member was very nice and said if I wanted a manicure. I had gotten out of the gym and was sweaty and wasn't prepared for a manicure. I just said I needed Gel for my nails and they said they could do it. I felt bad because it was over closing time and no one was inside. They took me in and were so kind and attentive. They asked if I wanted a pedicure, but I didn't want them staying longer. Rachel, who handled my pedicure, was incredibly sweet and attentive--I absolutely loved her service! My mom had her acrylics done first, and her set turned out beautifully. The nail technician took her time and paid close attention to detail. However, when it was my turn, the same technician who did my mom's nails also did mine, and the experience felt rushed. As more clients walked in and the phone kept ringing, she had to repeatedly get up from my service to assist others, as there was no front desk staff available. I had shown her two photos--one as inspiration and one of the dress I planned to wear to an upcoming quinceañera. I requested a long set with French tips, an ombré cat-eye effect, and some gem accents. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. The shape was too square for my liking, the length was medium instead of long, there were no French tips, and only the ombré cat-eye effect was done. She even asked me to help her place the gems because she was unable to do it herself. I started to feel as though I was being difficult or "too picky," so I chose not to voice my concerns further. At the end of the service, she told me the total for everything was $113. I handed her $120, and she returned only $2. While I found that a bit odd, I let it go, thinking she might have needed the extra money. I come to this place every two weeks, yesterday was my last, the lady asked if my partner was my sisters and when I said girlfriend her whole tone changed, she stopped talking to me, didn't instruct me the whole pedi, she would just tap my foot or let it fall from the foot stand while working on it, clearly she was homophobic, she was bothered by the fact that I had a girlfriend, she couldn't hide it. effort was so minimal, & on top of that she burned me on purpose with a HOT towel, straight it up put it on my leg after she brought it out, usually they air it out and ask if its too hot, not her, never coming back again, I usually spend $140 every time i come here, i am taking my business somewhere else, I am so disappointed but not surprised, not all the ladies there know how to work efficiently. The lady who was doing my nails tried her best to re-do the design from the inspo I showed her but she ended up just starting over knowing she couldn't do the design I wanted. I really don't understand why she didn't just tell me that should couldn't do the design, instead of wasting my time. With the pedicure the guy must've been new or something because I showed him the design for my toes and he didn't really do a good job at it.
