I really like this nail shop but was annoyed with my last visit. Took my girls and told the ladies what they wanted. What i didn't like is that in order to charge more they kept asking if they wanted flowers and stickers and designs. Charged $1 for some stickers that were teeny tiny. When i was done with my pedicure i was standing next to my daughter to see how it was going and the tech kept telling me to go have a seat. Beautiful clean salon. The ladies are all so accommodating and friendly. I popped in on a Friday afternoon around 2:15 for a pedicure. There were a few customers, but no wait. It eventually got busy, but no one had to wait more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Paula!! She was extremely gentle and did a fantastic job. I often avoid pedicures because of the arthritis pain in my feet. But Paula was gentle and thorough. My feet feel fantastic! This is a brand new nail spa under new ownership- after a complete renovation of the existing space, they reopened in December 2022. All the ladies were kind, attentive and talented. If you have special custom requests they can flex and perform! I'm currently missing two toenails due to running (runners know )... and they were able to build false nails with polish. You cannot even tell I'm missing them. It is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. 4/5 stars; only because the location is convenient and right next to things like drive thru Starbucks etc, but because of the urban location there are a lot of transient people in front. I watched kids pay one person cash to go buy them things (probably due to being underage) etc. Some of the add ons were expensive in my opinion considering location- gel is an extra $15 for each mani/pedi which is on the higher side of pricing I have seen. read more

Walked into what I thought was Tina's nails, but I saw "new management" sign. I was a bit apprehensive, however the new manager Tracy put me right at ease. Tina the previous owner sold the business and is now on a permanent vacation. I got my regular deluxe mani and pedi that I usually get. Prices are a bit higher, but not too much. Salon is totally remodeled and they autoclave all the tools as usual. I was impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff and attention to detail. My pedicure was soooooo luxurious. read more

Super cute decor and extremely nice staff! i really like their work too but i haven't decided if i will be back. i got a new set of acrylics and i've never had the old ones ripped off before... usually soaked or drilled. it was uncomfortable but not enough for me to complain about it. i also got a pedicure which can sometimes be uncomfortable anywhere when they're cleaning out under the nails. but i've never seen such sharp tools! i also got a minor cut, which again isn't the biggest deal it's happened at other salons before too, but instead of apologizing or asking if im ok she just said "i didn't cut or puncture you so im not sure why you're bleeding" ... like ok lol read more
