CrossFit can be intimidating if you are new, but all the instructors are awesome. All of the gym members are very friendly and welcoming with new members. They have a bunch of morning classes and a few evening classes that should accommodate most people's work schedule. They recently started offering keycard access for members electing to workout outside of regular group class schedules. To take advantage of this feature, it is an additional $30 a month and time slots to utilize the gym are as follows: 3AM-430AM, 1030AM-430PM & 7PM-1159pm All in all, this is a great gym for beginners to advanced CrossFitters.

There are a couple that need replacement, but all good. The type of care of the machines are over all in great shape. They do make sure that their members do take care of the machines. The only place where I would give it four stars are for the cardio equipment. The bike felt a little awkward to use, the treadmill was a bit high to get onto with people who have knee problems.
