The confirmed no damaged was visible upon entry. But could not confirm there was no damage at exit and would not provide video evidence. They refused to pay for their negligence, and continually provided fabricated scenarios to shift focus and blame. Actions speak louder than words ever could. The kids at Shiny Shell spray a generous amount of pretreatment on the windshield, side mirrors and grill. The spray seems to immediately get started dissolving the bug gunk right on contact. Sometimes smooshed insects are baked on like glue and they don't want to come off easily. Cones blocking off entrances and everyone being funneled into one lane, where you have to talk to some kid who's trying to upsell you on monthly service (why can't we just do it ourselves?). The wash itself still works great, but half the vacuums don't work, and the towels and cleaning supplies aren't being refilled. It's just a mess any more.
