I was greeted by Erika who asked me a few questions about my habits and what I was looking for, and immediately got to work on finding new bras that I would be comfortable in and happy with. Here's what I suspect (and I say "suspect" because customer service never explained): the bag was on display in the store for a prolonged period of time and suffered sun damage. I said I have & she told me she read the review & it was very complimentary...she than told me she was gifting me a complimentary candle for the review...Wow...
