Trainers are great and they help give you that extra jolt to finish your workout in 30 mins. Yes, you can burn up to over 300 cals in a single workout which is amazing. You can even repeat rounds or the whole round to your hearts content if you want to get an extra cal burn. You get to see your heart rate jump with their pulse tracker during your session. Oh, best thing, there are no class times! You go in once they are open and you have up to 30 mins before they close to get started on your workout.
