To my surprise the cleaner spent the entire day at my house yet had to come back to "wash" my shower. She didn't even scrub the showers, even after coming back to do just that, ended up stained my toilet, and didn't dust my bedrooms. She cleaned my stove and oven and left that pretty clean! she cleaned the outside of my cabinets but after inspecting them yesterday had a bunch of chemical residue. I am extremely disappointed, I really thought I was booking a service from a company with high standards.

Employees were nice. But nice left my bookshelves, fans, etc. dusty. For example, one book shelf of 5 shelves 3/5 of the shelves were dusted. We contacted the owner who offered to have them return minutes after leaving to clean the ceiling fans, only, but we didn't feel comfortable considering the amount of cleaning that still needed to be done. We sent videos and photos to the owner to show the extent of the job that was left behind - but didn't get a response thereafter. (I'm unable to load videos but we sent videos to the owner of us running our fingers on surfaces around the house). Maybe they were in a rush. Maybe they just had an off day. I'm sure they're nice people. But I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

Only one cleaner, Monique, was sent -- which seemed unrealistic for the scope of work. While she was kind and worked hard, many areas were left untouched: dusty closet shelves, stair railings, and floors that still left my 1-year-old's feet black after crawling. When I asked for a partial refund, the company refused and instead sent Monique back. But when we asked her to double-check the closet shelves, she said she was told to only do the floors. She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job.
