My bowl was packed to the top with the perfect amount of fruits, toppings and açaí blend. The fruits were fresh and delicious. Also the homemade chocolate peanut butter was amazing. My 2 toddlers and I killed a regular size bowl. Pricing was fair for what you get and the quality. I've paid more for bowls that couldn't even compare to this place. Seriously so good. It's been a week since I've been and I haven't been able to stop thinking about this place. Can't wait to try other menu items.

The younger employee on shift responded with visible attitude, rolled her eyes, and said, "I didn't do it," in a condescending tone. Even after I pointed it out again, she remained disengaged and dismissive. While it later appeared she may have texted someone for guidance, the lack of initiative and poor customer service stood out. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way. The teachable moment here is simple: be polite, take initiative, and look for a solution--not excuses.

Everything came out fresh & delicious. It was a little on the pricier side, however I am happy to pay when the ingredients are quality and the food is fresh. The pastels were light and airy, and the sauce that came with them was delicious (only complaint is I think they could be more generous with the sauce). The yucca fries were very good as well. Açaí bowl was the perfect consistency. I've never tried powder milk in an açaí bowl, but it worked! It was such a perfect stop for snacks on the way to the river, will definitely stop by next time we're passing through.
