They have a great boba selection here. I had the oreo milk tea, which I've never seen at a boba shop before. I paid $6.60 for the oreo milk tea with boba, which is pricey but not as bad as some upscale boba shops.

Hands down the BEST boba in New Braunfels, TX. Most competitors in the area have tapioca balls that are overcooked so by the time the ice starts to melt the boba is tough. Blek! At Boba Tea Lounge the boba is perfectly soft but not slimy or gooey. Best of all, they offer tons of different coffees, teas, juices, slushies, milk teas, & smoothies. They also have a few dairy free milks and add ons like protein powder, jellies, poppers, or milk foam. My favorite is the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie with boba. It's delicious! Definitely highly recommend.

My daughter has been on a tamarind smoothie kick, but ordered the taro smoothie before that. Added mango pudding and regular tapioca boba. For a boba place, they are fast. Business is steady too, so fresh stuff. Service is good too, a nice plus. Clean place with some eclectic seating, which we love. Punch cards make for a nice promo, especially if you go often, like we do. We've been to a lot of boba places, this is the best, with Vivi's (none in this area), a close second.

Always the best tasting smoothies/milk tea's. We make monthly trips out to bucee's and always stop here first to grab boba. I have a specific diet that I follow so having a bubble tea place that can accommodate no added sugar and protein to my drink is always a win for me! My boyfriends favorite drink is the crazy drink. I got a Black Sugar Milk Tea with extra tapioca pearls. You are able to adjust the sweetness of your drink, which is awesome! I requested 25% sweet, and it was perfect. Compared to other boba, I enjoyed the flavor depth of this particular drink the most.

Not the best boba option but the best in town considering there's not many options. There's a lot of different employees that works here so it's a hit or miss. I find that my drink is always good when the owner is working and she's friendly. Then other times when the owner isn't there, it seems like the workers don't want to be there and my drink comes out incorrect and then it's awkward to ask for them to fix it. Aside from inconsistency, I like how they have stamp cards so you get a free drink after 10 I believe. After 10-20 visits, I gathered getting their drinks less sweet is best. Their jasmine tea is perfect and refreshing if you like jasmine green tea. Their Thai tea lacks flavors and I think needs to be seeped longer. read more

I visited this place to introduce two young ladies to Boba tea. It was a gem of a find. I wanted to try something new but I stuck to my favorite flavor. Can't go wrong with avocado and coconut..yum. Many other places it's more ice than actual product. This was perfect. My two charges thought the same. They loved their selections as well. I will definitely be back. read more

Oh my goodness! This place is so good. As a person who isn't 100% sold on tapioca option, their variety is incredible and everyone can find lots of options for themselves! Slushies, teas, milk teas, bobas, coffee, and all the add ons to choose from. Very comfortable inside sitting areas and very polite and friendly staff. They are very reasonably priced and both of our drinks tasted amazing! Great option on a hot summer day!!! read more

Given it's the only place in town.... I've gone there twice with a few orders for my family and all of them were not very good. Basic Thai, milk and taro were super diluted and you could not taste the flavor at all. Super disappointing. My husband didn't mind the coffee milk tea but the worst part unfortunately is the boba itself. It's super hard and it tastes old. Such a bummer. And I went there on two separate occasions like a month a part and I've seen their macarons in the pastry case and I'm not convinced they ever changed them. read more

Took my money and conveniently had a trash can at the door for me to throw drink away. Their smoothies are delishhhh! The fact that they have the regular tapioca but tons of other options to put in ur smoothie, juice or tea is also amazing. When I went for the first time, I was able to try a variety of pops, pudding and tapioca, and the very nice young lady attendant was very helpful with suggestions as well. Tons of flavors to choose from, fresh stuff made quickly and excellent customer service! Favorite so far is the Strawberry Mango Smoothie with Mango Pops! read more

Super delish! Wasn't planning on stopping but once we saw the "boba tea" sign, just had to pull in. Had the coconut and didn't disappoint. Delicious boba, satisfying drink (a tad on the sweet side for my wife but I enjoyed it all the more). Very clean facility. Masks required. read more

This place is amazing. I'm NEVER disappointed! It's a lot better than the boba place in Creekside. The staff is amazing, very attentive, and super helpful! Everything tastes so fresh. The menu is a great way to get out of your comfort zone too! The taro coconut milk tea is my go to, it's my boyfriends favorite and he HATES coconut! Me and my mom come here about once a week, my mom more than me sometimes, and the owner knows her usual. That's so awesome! I love business that take the time to talk to their customers instead of rushing them out. 10/10! read more

I love this place. It's typical of most boba places but is spacious on the inside and has lots of cool graphic menus to pick from. They're also really quick in making their drinks. Personally, I prefer the bursting pearls since I'm not fond of tapioca. Tastes great every time. read more

Love the variety of drinks they offer, the flavor and consistency of their Boba (which is WAY better than the Boba served down the street), and the decor too! The employees are friendly and will provide recommendations if you need help deciding on what to get, which is helpful when you're undecided. I ordered the taro coconut smoothie with egg pudding. It is pretty good. Their price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly. They will adjust your drink to your liking. They let you taste it before they put the seal on the cup and I thought that is a very clever idea. Their menu is very extensive. I will definitely be back to try other flavors. read more

I come here almost weekly! I enjoy the large variety of drinks, and the large menu & variety/mixture of flavors they are able to do. My drink is always good, I have never had anything bad. Boba is delicious, and the drinks always come out within one or two minutes. Parking is easy, and there is almost always people inside but they get you out quickly. I recommend to anyone who loves Boba! read more

So I came in to this location on 306 with a pretty crazy last minute request, but Kasey & Njoc were so incredibly helpful & sweet. They talked me through the questions I had & offered to help in any way they could. I am very impressed with the level of customer service here! The atmosphere is very casual/laid back, and the over all vibe was relaxing & inviting. Great prices, great service, & an extensive menu that offers something for everyone. What more can you ask for from a boba tea lounge? I have to stress one more that that thing I'm most impressed with was how friendly & accommodating they were. The service industry has suffered an influx of people who provide the bare minimum when it comes to customer service, but this place is great. I will be a repeat customer, and i would happily recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband went yesterday, May 10th, to get my free drink and buy one for himself, but the person taking his order rolled her eyes at my husband and said he couldn't use it after May 1st. There is no expiration date on it and no one told me both times that I went to get it stamped of any expiration date. Guess it's Starbucks from now on. They honor their points, their chai latte costs less, and it's cheaper too. That's a lot of business you just lost OTG. Super disappointing.

I'm not from here but my only warning is if you get a coffee drink it tastes a lot like coffee lol if that makes sense, I'm used to a sweeter taste but the coffee definitely takes over the taste of caramel, mocha etc but to each their own :) read more
