I had the opportunity to visit "Boba Tea Lounge" and the experience was delightful, everything spread out evenly, easy to make your choice of what you'll drink. But let me start from the beginning, upon arriving you noticed that this place has plenty of parking and entering the building you can see the menus along the wall and a good amount of space for seating. Going back to the menu, you see a vast array of choices to choose from. Once you choose what you will like you approach the counter and the staff are more than helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The overall experience was great. At the counter you see other options, from macarons of different flavors and other items. The drink I chose was the "Taro Coconut Smoothie" and I tried it at other places but here was equally delicious actually this is my favorite. I also chose the "Tiramisu", it was incredibly delicious not too sweet but just right. Overall this place checks off all the marks for being on your go to place for Boba tea. Not the best boba option but the best in town considering there's not many options. There's a lot of different employees that works here so it's a hit or miss. I find that my drink is always good when the owner is working and she's friendly. Then other times when the owner isn't there, it seems like the workers don't want to be there and my drink comes out incorrect and then it's awkward to ask for them to fix it. Aside from inconsistency, I like how they have stamp cards so you get a free drink after 10 I believe. After 10-20 visits, I gathered getting their drinks less sweet is best. Their jasmine tea is perfect and refreshing if you like jasmine green tea. Their Thai tea lacks flavors and I think needs to be seeped longer. read more

Hands down the BEST boba in New Braunfels, TX. Most competitors in the area have tapioca balls that are overcooked so by the time the ice starts to melt the boba is tough. Blek! At Boba Tea Lounge the boba is perfectly soft but not slimy or gooey. Best of all, they offer tons of different coffees, teas, juices, slushies, milk teas, & smoothies. Given it's the only place in town.... I've gone there twice with a few orders for my family and all of them were not very good. Basic Thai, milk and taro were super diluted and you could not taste the flavor at all. Super disappointing. My husband didn't mind the coffee milk tea but the worst part unfortunately is the boba itself. It's super hard and it tastes old. Such a bummer.
