Then I noticed they had Birria Ravioli on the menu -- that definitely caught my attention, so I had to give it a try. The food was really good. The pizza didn't have a heavy amount of sauce. You could see it if you looked for it -- some people might say it could use more, others might say it was just enough. I personally didn't have any complaints, but I am curious what it would taste like with just a little more sauce, just to compare. The Birria Ravioli was impressive. Really flavorful and something different from the usual Italian menu items -- I'm glad I tried it.
