Wish I could be writing this review sharing our first time food experience here, however, our order was cancelled. We ordered our food via DoorDash. Food order was accepted and processing. About 30 minutes later our DoorDasher messaged us from the location letting us know of a delay as she was still waiting on our food. A few minutes later, she messaged me again stating that the employee told her they were "out of wings" after making her wait and after our order had been placed and accepted nearly 45 minutes prior. The doordasher let me know it seemed that they just didn't want to make the wings we had ordered. Went through DoorDash fortunately to get a full refund. Shortly after noticed that they close earlier on saturdays at 6:30, however, we placed our order atleast an hour before closing. Looking through the past reviews and reading the consistent feedback of trouble ordering and making people wait for a long time, these are entirely true of our experience as well. Additionally, if you aren't going to make the highlight food item of your business during your last "operating" hour, you should probably update your online ordering option/window for people so they're not scrambling to figure out dinner for their family after a delayed cancelled order. I was really rooting for and excited to support a small business, but after this experience, we'll never be back. read more

Straight off the bat you can't go wrong with anything you order here. All of the flavors can be applied to any dish as you please. I'd rather have these wings over BWW or Wing Stop. Yes they are that good. The catfish also comes in any flavor you'd like that's available. I love this! They also make their ranch and tartar sauce so I'm sold! Customer service was friendly and they don't mind giving you their opinion on what to get if you asked. I was actually ordering a separate order of many types of wings and the cashier stopped me to let me know how I can get what I want for a cheaper price. The music is also bumping in there with a lot of southern music. I'm from Florida so I definitely lived that There's not much seating and you will probably wait 15-25 minutes for your food, but I promise it's worth it. The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is because I was rather underwhelmed by the burger. Not that it was bad, but compared to everything else it wasn't quite hitting the mark. The meat could've been more juicy and the bun was slightly thick for me. I would recommend them switching to smash burgers and adding a special sauce while also instantly giving customers the option to flavor the burger with any sauce as well. Live in Menifee. There is little to no southern meal options in the [nearby] area. Saw this place, gave it a shot, went dayssssssss in a row. Food is absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection. Huuge portions. Best dish? Idk. Pick your poison. It's all wonderful. Would give this place a higher rating, but the inability to phone ahead my order was inconvenient. Everything is made fresh but each time we went, we were waiting for ~30 minutes for our order. (Not the best when you have two younger children with you.) Also think it's important to note that this isnt a sit-down type of place; all orders must be taken to-go. Apparently they have a different menu available on Sunday's. Went here late after work looking to try something new. Was really surprised by how good it was. The loaded fries with or without the chicken is a must. Crispy crinkle cut fries are always great especially when drowned in sauce. I used the Hennessy bbq sauce for the fries. The chicken was great, moderate sized nothing crazy, but their sauce was unique and flavorful. I got the Memphis golden and sweet T Lemon pepper sauces for the wings. The chicken had a nice crunch to its outside and the meat itself was tender and juicy. Wanted to try a new place because I was tired of inconsistent WingStop and Epic Wing's buffalo sauce is very strong in vinegar. This place is it! Made a great first impression, their wings were cooked perfectly. My favorite out of the three flavors I got was Spicy Honey Lemon Pepper, mild buffalo was good as well, but the Nashville Hot was a bit too spicy for me. It was still great tho! I enjoyed their fries as well, very flavorful and they were also still good after sitting on the counter for an hr. Usually fries are too cold and taste weird after sitting out for like 20 mins.
