Over priced- I paid $25 for a philly cheese steak combo only to be told that price does not include a drink. Service was poor, staff in the kitchen just stares at you while you wait. The posted hours are never right, I've come down multiple times after checking hours online only to find out that they're closed/open later in the day. Super disappointing because their food is decent and I want to support local businesses, but with staff that is rude and those prices?? I'm good. Honestly would love to give this place 5 stars just on quality of it but the process of ordering/wait time is always awful. If their website has a certain number of orders it won't allow any new orders to come in. When you call to see if you can order their phone their connection is always bad and you can barely hear them and they won't let you order over the phone if website is down. They make you come in and when they're busy they won't even acknowledge or greet you. I love how the wings always come out but this experience is so consistent it's a drag coming here. read more

Straight off the bat you can't go wrong with anything you order here. All of the flavors can be applied to any dish as you please. I'd rather have these wings over BWW or Wing Stop. Yes they are that good. The catfish also comes in any flavor you'd like that's available. I love this! They also make their ranch and tartar sauce so I'm sold! Customer service was friendly and they don't mind giving you their opinion on what to get if you asked. I was actually ordering a separate order of many types of wings and the cashier stopped me to let me know how I can get what I want for a cheaper price. The music is also bumping in there with a lot of southern music. I'm from Florida so I definitely lived that There's not much seating and you will probably wait 15-25 minutes for your food, but I promise it's worth it. The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is because I was rather underwhelmed by the burger. Not that it was bad, but compared to everything else it wasn't quite hitting the mark. The meat could've been more juicy and the bun was slightly thick for me. Wish I could be writing this review sharing our first time food experience here, however, our order was cancelled. We ordered our food via DoorDash. Food order was accepted and processing. About 30 minutes later our DoorDasher messaged us from the location letting us know of a delay as she was still waiting on our food. A few minutes later, she messaged me again stating that the employee told her they were "out of wings" after making her wait and after our order had been placed and accepted nearly 45 minutes prior. The doordasher let me know it seemed that they just didn't want to make the wings we had ordered. Went through DoorDash fortunately to get a full refund. Shortly after noticed that they close earlier on saturdays at 6:30, however, we placed our order atleast an hour before closing. Looking through the past reviews and reading the consistent feedback of trouble ordering and making people wait for a long time, these are entirely true of our experience as well. Additionally, if you aren't going to make the highlight food item of your business during your last "operating" hour, you should probably update your online ordering option/window for people so they're not scrambling to figure out dinner for their family after a delayed cancelled order. I was really rooting for and excited to support a small business, but after this experience, we'll never be back. read more

I have been waiting for this place to open since they first hung the sign. Well, today was my day! First, the lady at the register was delightful, service was A+. Huuge portions. Best dish? Idk. Pick your poison. It's all wonderful. Would give this place a higher rating, but the inability to phone ahead my order was inconvenient. Everything is made fresh but each time we went, we were waiting for ~30 minutes for our order. (Not the best when you have two younger children with you.) Also think it's important to note that this isnt a sit-down type of place; all orders must be taken to-go. Apparently they have a different menu available on Sunday's. Hands down the best Memphis style wings I've had since living in California The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in sauces that were packed with flavor.
