They sent one of the kegs I ordered for my wedding to the cascade store by accident. I hate bud light but did not have a choice so they had to settle. They were very kind, understanding, and Cool. They offered me a heartfelt apology and a goodwill gift. It was a very human experience and their selection of beer, wine and liquor is second to none. UPDATE- They totally lied about ordering me the goodwill gift...I know mistakes can be made but LYING about it totally sucks. Never got a call.. Follow up nothing. Please do your keg and volume ordering somewhere else, nice but they will lie to appease you. read more

Can't say enough about this place. First of all the selection of beer is huge. Can't say much about wine or spirits as I wasn't looking for them. It was almost overwhelming as you look through their giant wall of mix and match cans and bottles. If you're looking for a standard craft beer from anywhere in Michigan you'll find it here. Not to mention the limited release options all over the store. Coming from Chicago, it'a hard to think of a place that matches Rishi's. The service was amazing as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Rishi himself. Upon hearing I was looking for some unique Michigan beers to bring home, he let me know some must have beers based on what I liked. He even tipped me off to a few special releases that I would never have even noticed. You could tell that he really has a passion for customer service and seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the products he sells. Huge selection, great customer service. Hands down the liquor store around. If you need booze get here now! They have an amazing beer selection, there wine selection is also very large. For me personally the liquor selection is insane! The staff are also fine with grabbing single bottles out of six packs. Prices are fair. The staff are really friendly and know their booze. I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a beer and liquor store close by to the Homewood Suites. This was a great surprise. I hate to be the one to give a less than stellar review here but I have to be honest. As a whisky fan I want to go into a liquor store and look for good bottles at a fair price. And while Rishi's has many of those, there is no way to tell that just by looking. Because there are no prices on any bottles, nor any on the shelves under the bottle. None. (Except those on special display in boxes on the main floor. And some old prices on the shelf that are never the right ones.) Which means for EVERY bottle you might be interested in, you have to ask someone the price. Which means taking them away from ringing customers up or restocking or whatever. Which means getting their attention, asking them to check the price, then doing the same for EVERY bottle you might be interested in. And all bottles are behind the counter so you either have to squint from afar to see them or they will invite you behind the counter to browse (which never feels quite right) and even then you still have to go over get an employee (even weirder when behind the counter) and do the ask-a-price ritual again for every bottle. I'm sure for beer lovers this place is a paradise. But for me (and I'm sure for rum or vodka or gin or other spirits lovers) shopping here is an unpleasant experience. I am open to spending $500 a visit on good whisky. But I've stopped going here to do so. read more

HUGE SELECTION of everything and anything you have ever wanted. Beer, liquor, cider, wine.. they have it all! You may have to ask for help to find it, because there is just so much there! I've been in this store 3 times. Huge selection! Growler station! Customer service has been horrific. I've stood in front of the Growler Station for 15 minutes with 2 empty growlers. Someone finally helped my as I spent $80 on 3 growlers ( I went and got another one from the car). The time before I was looking for certain beers but could not find and left so when I got the growlers filled I spoke to Rishi himself and said no one helped me because they were too busy talking to reps and ignoring customers. He agreed that was an issue and they would do better. Today I emailed 40 minutes before they were open to ask if the still had Boss Tweed from their FB post from yesterday. I went in anyway at 10:40 10 minutes after opening until 11am. No one helped me except a rep that was doing an order. At 4:58pm today I got an answer back that they didn't have Boss Tweed. No kidding! Rishi sent me an email stating they have to work on some things again. This establishment is not even close to home! No more Rishi's for me. Horrocks, Siciliano's, and D.
