They then asked for more money that originally agreed to. Because I am too trusting of a person, I paid them via Venmo. A friend went by the house after and said the cleaning was hardly done and that they had missed two entire sections of the house - the carpeted attic and a basement room. He ended up vacuuming and cleaning the house again. I made a few mistakes here: first, not going with a Yelp guaranteed business, because now I cannot get my money back. Second, sending money without verifying what they did. I asked them for less than half of the money back (I would like to use that for a gift certificate for my friend doing their cleaning work), but they refused any refund at all. Don't waste your money here! Go with a more reputable company.

I had left a note about my requests and wanted to address my concerns about issues with the cleaning. I returned home to a nasty scary note and they did not clean as I had asked; however, they took the check. I stopped payment and called the owner to let her know why. I later returned home to a threatening voice mail, cursing, telling me I had a tiny house and her house was larger than mine and she did not need to clean for me anymore. She was on a rant and informed me that she knew where we lived. I called the police. I also believe that she later returned to our house and stole my 3 strand pearls. I could never prove that; however, my husband and I are the only ones that live in this house and nobody else was every in our bedroom. I had them hid in a dresser drawer. I would be very cautious with this one.

I was quite surprised when we returned in May to find that they had not cleaned over the last six weeks, although we had left a check for them. We received their commitment to come the following Thursday and then start monthly cleanings two weeks later. They did not show up for cleaning and have not responded to repeated texts. This is quite a disappointment since we paid them every two weeks for not cleaning during the Covid crisis. It's a lot of lost goodwill and quite a disappointment in this cleaning company.
