Oxtails were tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor.  I loved the flavor of the beef after being smoked for hours.  Great tasting oxtail. 2nd visit I ordered ala carte. Pork ribs were fall off the bone tender, juicy, and I loved the flavor.  I found out they use a mix of almond and red oak to get the smoky flavor without any bitterness. Chicken leg quarter had a ton of smoky flavor and there was a good amount of dry rub adding additional delicious flavor.  Chicken was tender and very good. So far the pork ribs and oxtails are my fav menu items here. 3rd visit I tried the beef ribs.  They were $10 each and I ordered 3 which was dinner size.  Beef was fall off the bone tender and full of smoky flavor.  These beef ribs are among my favorite in town. I found out they have 2 kinds of bbq sauce.  One is the Carolina style sauce with mustard and vinegar which I did not like.  I did like the regular one which had a little sweetness and a little smokiness.  You Chill We Grill Bbq is my favorite food truck.  Staff was very friendly and efficient.  There are a few tables and comfy chairs with a view of the freeway.  I tried to visit 2 other times but the parking lot was empty.  Best to call and find out what time they open before stopping by.  The menu changes a bit every week and sometimes the menu is posted on their instagram page.

The greens were really good not sure if it's turkey or pork but thats okay the Mac was good and so were the yams! I also had the banana pudding it was amazing! It was completely soggy and had to use a fork to try and eat the meat which had a substantial amount of fat I should have taken it back. The Mac and cheese my kid lives.. He took one bite and didn't eat any of the rest.. I didnt either. . It was Luke warm.. And very little of any flavor. Comon guys.. If you're gonna have $20 sandwich out there.. Make it memorable. Switch out the bun.. For goodness sakes.. It would have made a big difference. You were not busy.. And even if you were.. Do the right thing.

We tried the pulled pork sandwich and the smoked beef sandwich. They were both terrific and you get an absolutely MOUND of meat with both dishes. The BBQ sauce used was a tad sweet but not too sweet. Both proteins were incredibly tender and juicy. We also tried the mac and cheese and beans and, as with the meats, you get a ton of whatever side you order (you get one side per plate). The mac was a little dry but still delicious. The beans were smoky and OUT OF THIS WORLD TERRIFIC. I'm not kidding. These are life-changing beans, if there can be such a thing.
