The 5 star review is for Ruby who works in the Pharmacy. I'm pretty new to the area and have several new prescriptions. As with new prescriptions, it can sometimes be an issue getting them filled. Like walking back in time to a Ben Franklin from the 60's. Everything from shoes to outdoor tables to food and 'sundries.' The overhead signs don't always tell the whole story of each aisle so it can be a challenge finding items. Great selection of starter plants in the spring and Halloween costumes in the fall. read more

My god this is the worst place to fill your prescription at. The pharmacy technicians are horrible. I was a new patient and my dad goes here to get his medicine. When I told them I didn't have my insurance card and to look up my dad's since I'm under his insurance, they said it will be fine and they will let me know if anything comes up. I get a text saying it's ready for pick up and after waiting in line, I find out myself that I have to pay out of pocket AND they didn't even tell me that my dad's insurance card was "supposedly" expired even though he comes here on a weekly basis to pick up his medicine.... Customer service is horrible, communication is awful, and the pharmacy technicians are incompetent. This is the first and last time I'll ever come to Rite Aid. read more

It's already sketchy as is with the type of individuals hanging around outside but then inside you feel like you could be attacked or see some sort of drama... I avoid shopping at this rite aid if possible. I don't drive so sometimes I have not had any other options. I agree with most of the reviews. The staff has always been extremely offensive and rude. I won't even ask for help because I know exactly how I will be treated if I do. They will act like I'm bothering them and then they will try and make me feel stupid. Auburn is well known for its high homeless population and I know the store has to deal with alot of shoplifters but not everyone is in there trying to steal! Stop following me around every time I come in to grab a couple of things!! It's very offensive to me! Terrible customer service...the woman at the cash register was rude and unhelpful.. (fingerless gloves and long fake pointed fingernails) I didn't have my discount card, and my phone number didn't work , all she had to do was give me a new application, but she didn't, she sneered as she charged me the full price instead of the sale price. major fail!!!!! I love this Rite Aid the staff are helpful and friendly every time I shop there.I have several favorite cashiers at that store that make it easy for me to coupon. I did have some issues with two of the staff people at that location with poor customer service during check out I contacted corporate and it seemed that they trained their associates. Over all this place is great!! read more
