STORE CLOSING . . . GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!! This store has had empty shelves for probably a year or more while the company was facing bankruptcy. It was finally announced recently that this store is closing permanently and supposedly the last day will be June 28th, 2025 (or sooner if they sell out of inventory which is currently 20-75% off). Place is mad depressing....1/2 the shelves are empty! Has to be going out of business soon.

The store could use a bit of a facelift and modernization but it still has everything you'd expect and need in a pharmacy. Looking for a Covid rapid test? This is not your place. Just need a prescription refill? Two thumbs up. Holiday decor, candy, makeup, quick bites, toiletries, OTC drugs, etc... just like any Walgreens or CVS. read more

Worst pharmacy in Bridgeville by a mile. Probably all of Pittsburgh. They never have your prescription ready even even they say they will. Plan to wait in line. A long, long time. Go to Giant Eagle, WalMart, Walgreens. Anywhere but here. Just awful. read more

They should have a 0 star. pharmacy never picks the phone up. every week I come here so I drive 20 mins away because my doctors office is close. I head over around 3pm and my prescription is never ready until 7-8pm ,so instead of me calling before I come to ask them to check the voicemail. I have to drive around the drive thru 3-4 times , because they don't answer the phone. one of the employees told me you are very patient for all the hours I had to wait read more

I got very ill because they are so understaffed that they don't pick up the phone and can't fill prescriptions on time. This is NOT the place to go if you need your medicine in a timely manner! Having my prescriptions transferred out, and if I were the Regional Mgr, I would take responsibility for the fact that you can't provide people with an adequate place to get their medication read more

Most of my dealings here involve the pharmacy. Having your prescription sent in ahead by the doctor doesn't matter because they won't fill it until you are there. Minimum 20 minute wait, and lots of unsavory characters visit this Rite Aid. read more

I'd have to agree with the other comments about the pharmacy. Figured I'd go here after moving to this area. Bad idea. The employees seem nice but the service is unbelievable slow. This is the second time in a row I've arrived to pick something up at the drive through window after having a doctor call in a script before coming. Only to be told "it's going to be another about 20 minutes. Please drive around." In my experience, they do not get your script ready until you show up. Horrible experience. It'd be much fast to drive somewhere else with better service. Not sure if it's a process issue, systems issue, persons issue or they simply don't staff enough people... but I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on. :( read more

This is by far the worst Rite Aid I have ever used. One 2 occasions I had to call the pharmacy to alert them that I was in line after waiting 20 minutes with NO ONE coming to the window. I also had to speak to a manager about a pharmacist openly mocking an older man in front of me inside the store. Poor customer service, slow, and mistakes regularly occur. I've always had the worst experience with rite aid pharmacies no matter where I've lived. So, had to have my medication sent here from a different pharmacy. My dad goes in and tried to pick up my meds, at first the pharmacist told him the script wave not there. After the fact, she tells him that it'll be A HALF HOUR WAIT FOR MY MEDS. read more

Avoid this place. Dirty store, rude staff, deceptive pricing. The prices shown in large print next to the items are not always the sale price. And the people working in the store have no idea whether or not the prices are correct. read more

Worst store I've been to period. Always the cashier (always only 1) being clueless and it taking 10-15 minutes to ring out only 1 item.

Came in before work to get cold medicine. Worker behind counter said "sorry, I'm punched out. You'll have to wait until the person for the next shift comes out." Was also told "you don't want to be here at 10 at night or 6 in the morning, that's when we change shifts," and then she walks out of the store. 15 minutes later, no signs of any employee presence in the store so I set my things down and leave. Will not be returning to a store with such horrible customer care, not to mention the security concerns of leaving the whole store unlocked and completely unattended for so long. read more

Do not get ur photos printed here! I came 39 min early and the photo guy was at lunch. So I came back at the proper time and I've been stuck here over 30 min as they screwed around printing them out. Now I'm stuck in line because they didn't rung us up... Not only did I pay extra to pick up my prints in store, but I have to wait even longer as some creepy guy talks about my feet.
