I love how Rite Aid reminds me of the pharmacies I visited as a kid. They have everything under the sun, including toys and books. The pharmacist told me to come back in 20 minutes so I browsed the store and had a lot of fun shopping with my kids. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. Great job guys! P.S. The pharmacy drive-through is crap literally crap. What's the point of having to drive ups if you only use one and if you're waiting in line and then they tell you know you have to wait until everybody from the window is done before they can assist you. It is so frustrating. I've had to drive over there like three times to make sure that they actually give me my prescription. Otherwise, my kids would literally be waiting for days. What is going on at this pharmacy? The phone tree gives conflicting store hours, the text notifications don't go through half the time, the pharmacists never answer the phone, the drive through is closed for COVID testing yet there is literally never anyone using it, and the line has been out the door the last four times I have gone to stand in line for my prescription. I don't even know if my prescription is ready because I can't get ahold of anyone (it's been two weeks...)! I know it it was put in by the doctors office but I also haven't gotten a text notification that it was even received (and no one answers the phone). So what do I do? Six months in a row they have made errors getting me my medications. They refuse to place a refill request with my doctor until after I run out of medication. I am supposed to be enrolled in their one trip refill program but I have never hated all of my medications in one trip. My current doctor had sent over prescriptions three times in the last six months and rite aid is still calling my old doctor for refill request. Their negligent behaviors are going to get someone killed, but it won't be me. I will never do business at this pharmacy again and I'll probably swear of of the whole company forever too. The only reason for the 1 start treating is because I cannot rate any lower. Don't put yourself at risk by trusting them with your vital medications. read more

I'm transferring my prescriptions out of this pharmacy. I'm tired of dealing with them not having their act together. I find myself constantly at odds with them and having to contact them multiple times per prescription in order to get it filled. Lately they haven't been answering their phone as consistently, which means I have to show up to the pharmacy ask them to fill my prescription because it's not showing up in the app, they tell me I have to come back in several hours, and often times when I come back it's not filled. Answering your phones a basic need. You need to answer your phone if your electronic app is not gonna work properly. I'm tired of driving multiple times to see you in a day every time I have to pick up pills. read more

if you are looking for a place to give you copious amounts of anxiety and wanting to boil your blood just a tad, please go to this location. if you are wanting something less detrimental to your mental, physical and spiritual health, i would advice NOT going to this location. my lord i want to give zero stars. recently moved to oregon and am in desperate need of my prescribed mood stabilizing medication. i have now been without this for far too long because of this store. like many other comments, i decided to get my medication to rite aid because it seemed the easiest. i should have realized something wasn't right when my doctor was having a hard time reaching them. i work 50+ hours a week and have very little time to go do non-work related things. so, because of that, and the fact that their phone does not work, i had to use my 30 minute breaks, for a WEEK STRAIGHT.. trying to get my meds. standing in line for nothing. it was the most frustrating thing going into the store, seeing a line out the damn door, knowing i'm not getting my meds. i tried talking to any associates on the floor. no help. it's like they hired the most unqualified people to run the pharmacy department. anytime i would pick up the phone, it would put me on hold for HOURS and then just.. hang up. making me want to physically harm my cellular device. i am so angry and upset. and just minutes ago, i FINALLY got a phone call back, in regards to my medication, (after multiple messages left) with a women who "apparently" works at this pharmacy but had no idea what she was talking about, and made that very clear. she said the words "i honestly have no idea what you want but look luck" and hung up on me saying to go somewhere else and that they are 4 WEEKS BEHIND SCHEDULE FOR MEDICATIONS. she was immediately rude and un-kind to the situation i am in, and my need for medication that helps me every day. i am a very understanding human and if things were approached differently, i wouldn't be spending my only day off typing this dumbass review that shouldn't have happened. so, in conclusion, i can promise you, i will never give my money or step foot in this stupid establishment again because of this awful service and no help i had been given. and i hope all of you do the same. read more

This Rite Aid is in a great location next to Market of Choice and was very clean and organized inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for pure aloe Vera gel and couldn't find it there. Seemed like something they would surly have. I came here this morning to get some crutches. The employee (a short and stocky middle aged woman with brown hair - I didn't catch her name) I asked told me that they no longer stocked crutches. When I asked why, she laughed at me, even as I told her that my partner had severely injured her foot. Horrified at the frankly cruel response this woman had to my partners pain. She acted like I was the one out of place, asking for crutches at a pharmacy. I then went to Rice's pharmacy, which not only had crutches at a good price but also had helpful employees who didn't belittle me. read more

I usually don't leave feedback but this is bad. The drive through is closed for covid testing (I've never even seen someone in the drive through line to get tested) and so you have to go inside to get your meds. This wouldn't be bad if there wasn't a line for 30+ minutes every time I've been there. I get it they are understaffed but just take your business elsewhere if you are looking to get your prescriptions without a headache. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. They tell you that your prescriptions are ready to be picked up. When you go to pick them up they are in fact not ready. This isn't some one time thing, this is an ongoing issue. They also fail to communicate that prescriptions have run out which is at minimum unhelpful and at worst could be dangerous. Then when we finally decided to transfer to a different pharmacy they managed to screw it up too. Higher ups at Rite Aid need to investigate why this pharmacy is so dysfunctional. It's bad for the customers and bad for the company. read more

Yeah, these people don't know how to read prescriptions, tell me the prescription is NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM instead of "we don't know how to fulfill it", and they cannot do simple dilutions. I was going to Rite Aid to get some medication I needed very urgently. I was in a lot of pain and I thought the quickest place to go would be rite aid. I was wrong. While yes, they did have everything I needed the line wait was stupid. There was a single person on staff in the middle of helping a customer, but instead of checking people out, he was on the phone. The person being helped looked highly impatient. We stood there staring at this man on the phone, who was supposed to be a checker, making zero progress with whatever he was trying to do. Eventually we just moved to self check out and paid there. Terrible customer service. read more

Shame on Rite Aid for selling expired isopropyl alcohol! I bought a bottle less then 2 months ago at an inflated price, and when I went to open the bottle today to use it to make some hand wipes, I saw it was expired July 2019! Who would have thought they would be selling expired isopropyl alcohol! I trust that they would not be selling expired products that are used to protect oneself from germs and viruses. If I could rate this pharmacy 0 stars and still review it, I would. I've been using this pharmacy for 4 years and have had a ton of issues but haven't switched because it's a pain. However, recently, I've waited for days for prescriptions to be filled and they only get filled because I call and talk with someone there. Both times I've called they have told me that it is due to staffing issues. When I called tonight, I was told they are over 1000 prescriptions behind. Once you go through this frustrating process, you get to go wait in line. Yes, this is also affected by the "staffing issues". Pack your lunch. You'll be there for a while. I'll be finding a new pharmacy. read more

I would give the pharmacy 0 out of 5 stars if I could. The service here is consistently slow and subpar. Today alone will require 3 stops to get refills - not because of the doctor's office but the pharmacy. Stop #1- none were ready. Please come back at 1pm. Stop #2 at 1:03pm - the pharmacist needs to check them but is at lunch. Please come back at 130pm. I am now sitting in the parking lot, hoping that I can pick up my refills at 1:30pm. It's sad that other Yelpers have had such difficulty here, but my experience has been quite the opposite. I work in home healthcare and one of my clients uses this Pharmacy for Rx. The client has more than six Rx to fill each month, and they are always ready on the same day, every month. We usually do a courtesy call in the morning, and then swing through in the afternoon. Doing something similar yourself may reduce frustration in waiting. Very few pharmacies these days can actually deliver in one-hour. What is more, the pharmacist has been very conscientious, always reminding my client of the possible dangers of the meds and encourages them to call if they have any questions. I would have no difficult recommending this pharmacy to others, with the addendum to plan ahead rather than showing up and expecting the world to revolve around your schedule. read more

Found some good deals on beauty products here, but had less than positive experiences with the pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I have given them over 3 hours to fill my prescriptions and been given a time that they will be ready and have arrived to be told they aren't ready. Second day in row that referring Physicians office has faxed them info..( Referring Physicians office staff are friends of mine)..Still wrong... In addition they were contacted last week also with same info third time now and they "still dont see they have received anything".. This is after I was promised yesterday that the Pharmacist would follow up..Yeah right! If hours permit go somewhere else...It never gets better. I took my daughter there to pick up some pain meds right after having mouth surgery. We were first in line and they said to have a seat and they will call when the prescription was ready. Well, we waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile another person came in who also had mouth surgery (pure coincidence) and they called her up before us. : / So I cut in line and went to the counter to see what was up. They forgot about us!!! My daughter sitting there while her pain meds from the surgery are wearing off! Ug. Very disorganized. read more

This is hands-down the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My ADHD medication is a Schedule II Controlled Substance, so I have to drop off a new prescription for it every month, at least 28 days apart. But the pharmacists at this Rite Aid always either wait too long to order new inventory of my medication, or just forget. On the other hand, recently they actually did remember, but they only ordered enough pills for one customer. And when I asked the pharmacist what I was supposed to do now, she disinterestedly suggested I "try across the street," meaning, go to the Bi Mart pharmacy instead! ADHD is a serious condition, and having to go without the medication for it is no fun, to say the least. But if something like this were to happen to a customer with a more serious and imminent medical issue, the results could be fatal. Basically, if you want to rest assured that you will always be able to fill your prescriptions on time, DO NOT GO TO THIS RITE AID. It sucks on a life-and-death level. read more
