I WAS TREATED AS AN UNLIMITED ATM. Finally got the Novalog, however was unable to get the needed needles to inject the life saving insulin. 1 week later, Zero followup from Wallgreens. Oh did I mention I was told to come back in 1-2 hours since they was going to lunch? I remember Walgreens "lunch counter" getting shakes and Icecream. Today's mentality is Walgreens take your and your insurance's money, then you get attitude of how the patient should be thankful we are allowed to shop there. I have tons to say. I always come here for medications, and to gran random essentials that I need. Sometimes it's NiQuil, Vitamin C, various vitamins or sunblock. I think I grabbed nail polish last time. It is pretty random. I will say, this CVS comes in handy though. I am able to skip having to go to the grocery store, on top of the pharmacy. Service is always okay- no problems there. I asked for the manager and I said "do you see a problem here?" and manager says " no I have no idea about any problem " and I said "how about the long line why don't you hire more people to staff the store to increase your customer satisfaction? " I said it was unacceptable and he just shook his head and smiled at me. I miss the Rite Aid stores. The service was better. CVS is cheap on investing in the proper labor. Before waiting in line for checkout with the cashier, I tried the automated checkout. I was actually trying to give CVS more business, and I had more purchases than would fit on their tiny little automated checkout counter. The cheap paper bags fell on the floor and broke so I said " I don't want all of these things. I just have to buy one medical supply for my daughter" that put me in the 20 line purgatory behind all the people. All the manager could say is why don't you use our automated checkout? I tried to explain to him why the automated checkout did not work mind you I have a computer science degree this is not user error. This is incompetence understaffing, and no understanding of customer satisfaction.

Like the local coffee beans or honey as an example. For that, I am the crazy person who looks for that! This store sells everything. You can find the meat department, dairy, vegetables/fruits, bakery, drinks, pastas/rice, frozen, candy, miscellaneous household items and much more!!! The aisles seemed spacious. Overall, a great experience! The store was clean and stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ample parking. My better half bought some things for family. We found some specialty coffee beans and spices. I only purchased drinks for our room.

However, Amazon was selling them in 12 packs for $3/bar. I didn't see any stores selling individual bars. But I did see that Walmart was selling them for $2/bar in 5 packs. In addition, I could receive the bars the same day w/ free delivery. I ended up liking the bars and will buy more. Nonetheless, I will buy them from Walmart bc the price is cheaper vs Amazon, and Walmart offers the bars in smaller packs.

Unfortunately that meant I needed to wait in the long checkout line and I was wanting to make a purchase as well so that would mean waiting twice in that line. Thankfully one of their self checkouts was functional so that made the checkout a bit easier.
