Sooooooo professional and attentive. 0-star for the scheduling / appointmens... The system allows users to double-book a given timeslot! So, two people at 10:00, two people at 10:15, etc.... The nurse ends up finishing work at 8:00 instead of 6:00 to clear the backlogs! This is frustrating for everyone.... customers and employees.... This is not how a health clinic should run. Will I go back? Maybe. Good idea on paper --- cheaper alternative to seeing your PCP. But be prepared to wait a long long time......

Prices are slightly higher then other grocery stores on most things, but I never have to wait in line and the quality is fresh. They always have plenty of coverage. I refuse self checkout though and they have plenty of those lanes. I have always had a pleasant experience there.

I went into the pharmacy on lunch to make sure they had me in the system, to let them know I was paying out of pocket, and to make sure they had everything they needed from me. The girl behind the counter was super helpful, let me know they had to order the medication, that it would be in around 11am the next day, and also quoted me $129. Here it is, the next day, and 2pm rolls around and I haven't heard from the pharmacy, so I call. The man who answers the phone told me that they were having issues with my insurance. I replied that I already told the person yesterday I was paying out of pocket. He tells me the cost was going to be $320. I replied that I was already quoted $129. He goes quiet. . . . He tells me that he doesn't know how they got that price, and maybe I should go on Goodrx and find a pharmacy that will have a better price. . . . . This whole experience was a complete letdown.

Everything I needed was easy to find. The signage in the store made it easy to find the sale items. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was neat, clean and well kept up. I told him that I photograph lobsters and said that I don't eat them. Michael was completely attentive, enthusiastic and engaging. Aside from the most hospitable welcome, the deli attendant was quite helpful. That particular Hannaford's has a much warmer, cleaner and calm ambiance than does the Hannaford's where I live in Sanford. My visit to your Madbury Hannaford's makes me want to live in that community. It was the kind of positive experience that makes me feel welcome in a community. I recently saw Michael out and about in Dover, NH and he remembered me. I plan to relocate to the Madbury area. Wonderful!
