The machine then popped up a notice that said "The owner of this machine charges $2.50." (or thereabouts) I turned to the cashier, a tall, dark-haired you man about 30, and said "Hey - your sign outside says "no surcharge" but now it's telling me I have to pay one. Why is it asking me that?" The guy just stared back at me with a blank look, so I just repeated the question. (There was only one other customer in the store and she wasn't checking out yet). The guy goes "that's the bank - not us." I told him that's wrong because the little dialogue box says it's the owner who's charging - not the bank. He went blank again. Then he said "I don't know anything about it." I told him this was wrong, that they're defrauding customers and that it is against the law. He just mumbled something about the "owner." I told hi to tell the owner that there are consequences to lying to customers and making false claims about pricing. Do NOT patronize this joke of a business. They won't be around long after the Delaware AG gets ahold of them.

I made an effort to get the name of the employee that was following us but they walked out of the building before I could ask or look at the name badge ... how convenient..... Before my attempt to get the name of the employee following my sister and I, while we were checking out at the self check out the employee at the register overheard us complaining about this uncomfortable encounter, instead of apologizing about the issue an going to a manager. The other employee left the register to then pull his colleague(Chris) to the back to tell them that we were complaining about how uncomfortable they were making us. Which is why Chris avoided me a left the store when I returned for for their name. I was able to ask another employee for the name of the person that was following us in the store and they were happy to let me know their name is Chris. I do not recommend coming to this store at all. No one is ever at the register if you want to bye something from behind the counter and staff seem to be very prejudiced against those who are ethnically diverse. With the exception of some not all. I have met maybe two of the employees that were delightful and kind!

The skin was crispy and the meat itself was not dry. The fries were well seasoned and very large potato wedges. All for an affordable price, with drink included. The proven life lesson learned: Never judge a book by it's cover.
