Nice inventory, interesting parking lot, drive through pharmacy. They even have shade from the burning sun to park your car in the summer! I had time to spend waiting on an appointment so I wandered around in there for 30 minutes looking at their large variety of items, many I cannot find in Europe. They even have $1 and $2 discount shelves of generic soap and cleaners, everything you need at a huge discount. Not too large and not too small. Also, the music isn't too loud like the other "drug stores". I don't need to listen to a concert when I'm shopping for toothpaste. read more

Store inventory is excellent. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I use the pharmacy on a regular basis and have never had an issue. I mostly use the drive thru. The pharmacy staff isn't overly friendly but they are professional and get the job done. Seriously though, how friendly can you be with a 5 minute transaction through a window. Bottom Line: A bit dated but plenty of inventory. This store looks a little tired on the inside and the parking lot configuration is a bit odd, but its good enough for my needs. I do not fill prescriptions here so I can't speak to the service at pharmacy. I typically stop in here for OTC drugs, greeting cards, candy, nail polish and other things I don't need. Sometimes the staff is really friendly and genuine and other times they seem like they are just waiting to punch out. read more

I don't know if there has been a change in the pharmacy or what, but the last three times I've had to get meds filled the customer service has been severely lacking. Once they called me for some last minute info and told me it would be finished by the time I got to the pharmacy. I got there & had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Today I called to verify they had my prescription since my dr sent it in the AM & it was after 4PM and I hadn't received a text that it was complete. I was told to call back in 10 minutes. When I call back I was told to give them an hour. An hour and a half later I show up and am told it's not finished. They told me to check back in 15 mins. We shall see.... read more

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! This place has not had the register scanned price match the advertised sale price on the last SIX TIMES I've been there. It had to be corrected with an approval from the assistant manager and since it's usually the same guy, he actually said "yea, it never rings up the sale price". WTH?! For another sale item, they wouldn't let me have the sale price even though I had their rewards card/ number that I've been using for over15 yrs (and made the same purchase with that number last week) so I walked out. How many people do they overcharge if it isn't brought to their attention. After a holiday, I asked what they do with the clearance candy that isn't sold and the cashier told me they throw it in the trash. On a different occasion, I wanted to purchase a clearance item and was told I couldn't buy it because it had already been scanned to "be sent back". The entire chain has very poor practices which is probably why it's having huge problems and is on the verge of tanking, but this location is far worse than others. I'm actually contacting the FTC (they have a long history with Rite Aid) after I post this. read more

Pharmacy staff is of pleasant demeanor and seem knowledgeable but pharmacy has major problems. I use the pharmacy because it is only two miles from my house and takes my insurance plan. The pharmacies problems are at least four fold. First, pharmacy is small thus on hand supply of prescription drugs is poor relative to major competitors. This increases likelihood of drug not being in stock and customer having to wait at least a day for store to get it. I have noticed that for comparable sized stores in my area CVS and Walgreens devote more staff and space to their pharmacies. Second, at times I need a non-covered med. CVS and Walgreens have beat it consistently on price. Third, pharmacy hours are worse than most of their major competition. The fourth and most annoying problem is pharmacy is very lackadaisical on filing repeat prescriptions each month. I have one prescription that I need filled each month. First I had to call it in each month. I finally got the pharmacy to agree to fill it each month by requesting that it be filled on the first of the month. At least one third of the time even if I come on the second of the month it is still not filled requiring me and customers behind me to have to wait up to ten additional minutes while it is filled. I do not know whether most of the problem is due to Rite Aid not placing enough resources into the store pharmacy or whether current staff borders on incompetent on this matter but after at least six unfulfilled requests to please have this filled the first of the month automatically I am fed up. Today on May 2nd 2015, I received an automated call that my prescription was ready for pickup and when I went there it was not. read more

I cannot recommend this Rite-Aid Pharmacy at all. I have been using this Rite-Aid for a year since they are the only ones close enough to home without traveling an additional 20 miles and take my insurance. They CONTINUALLY promise the prescription will be refilled and when I call back the next day they then say they have to order it and it will be anywhere from 3-5 DAYS after the old prescription has run out!!!! The Pharmacists are just telling you the standard line without checking so if they handle their customer interaction this way it calls into doubt their whole professionalism and job knowledge when it comes to actual medication. Are there any other corners being cut? I've had a continual prescription for two medications that they never seem to have it in stock. If I'm lucky to call a head a week in advance and REMIND THEM of the medication refill they will order it and have it on time. It is never in stock otherwise. After the prescription has run out the doctor has to write another which is sent electronically to the pharmacy so often I can't call ahead a week in advance and tell them I'll have a prescription coming in a week but not have official documentation so they should order the medication anyway (will not happen). To change pharmacies the doctor has to write another prescription designating another pharmacy which often times cannot happen given the doctor isn't on call 24/7 and Rite Aid saying they are out of stock. So often I have to go without medication for days because of Rite-Aid. You have to do part of their job for them and be a pain in the you-know-what to make sure you have the medications you need when you need them. It is to the point I feel I have to take their name and supervisor name to get the proper service and be taken seriously. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY for anything other than run-of-the-mill prescription medication. It should be their job to know what is in stock and what needs to be ordered so people don't run out of medication and have to go DAYS without. read more

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy ever! Have given the pharmacy multiple chances being that it is located less than a mile away from my house, but will never go back after my experience there tonight.
