Rite Aid reminds me of Florida. Yeah. Of my first HOME. And it brought me comfort when I moved here almost 8 years ago. Now it's convenient but often I get frustrated at the pharmacy check out. They ask you so loudly for your DOB. Which is usually one thing that you need to verify a CC. So I hate that. It feels like a privacy violation. It's also super weird to walk in and see shelves just EMPTY everywhere. So bizarre. The pharmacists are actually wonderful though. They CARE about the customer and care that you get the right prescription for the best price. The staff just needs to get on board with protecting people's information. read more

Went in and I thought they had gone out of business-- but no, there were a couple employees... otherwise the place was empty. Mid-day, midweek! And not just empty of people, the shelves were mostly bare, all throughout the store. Not sure what's going on with Rite Aid in general (or maybe it's just this one?) but the Walgreens down the road a bit was fully stocked and busy... Kinda reminded me of a Stephen King novel... But I will give the employees credit, both of them greeted me nicely. read more

This is the worst pharmacy that I have EVER seen. The people are incredibly rude, judgmental, incompetent, inconsiderate, lazy, and just plain mean. For example, I will go out of my way to call the pharmacy and ask a simple question with kindness and clarity only to be met with overt hostility and even anger (something like this;). Me: Hi, there. I hope you are having a nice day. I know my prescription isn't due until tomorrow, but I'm wondering if you can have it ready by, say, 11am? Pharmacist: (angrily) Let me see here! Name!? Me: Jos- Pharmacist: Sir, it says HERE this prescription WILL NOT BE FILLED TODAY!!! Me: I don't want it filled today, as I said before. I am simply asking if you can have my medication ready by 11am. Pharmacist: No we cannot! We annoy have it ready by ANYTIME! We will put it in the queue when we open and it will be ready when it's READY!!!!! This is just one example (of MANY) of the treatment I received while having my medication filled here. After they sat on my prescription for seven hours refusing to fill it for no reason that I can see, I switched to another establishment. I recommend all who fill at this Rite Aid stop, and those who are thinking about doing so don't. Don't get me wrong, my previous Rite Aid pharmacy in Wilsonville was wonderful. As for this location? you'd think upon entering this place that it was about to be going out of business.... But apparently they are not... Just been having "shipment/delivery issues" with all of their items which is why they've been out of stock...The only problem is that they've been saying that for almost a year and the store continues to get slowly and slowly more empty to the point where every time I go there, they essentially have nothing that I need anymore. It's like walking into a ghost town. Not sure how you can have supply chain issues for this long and still have a store up and running with no items on the shelves. It's the closest convenient store to my home and unfortunately, I will have to make the switch to somewhere farther away because his place simply is empty and useless, it's beyond ridiculous. just go somewhere else or 9/10 times they won't have anything remotely close to what you need to buy. read more

The location on Scholls is a very unfriendly place for anyone that wants their prescriptions filled. I don't know what the man's name is, but he works in the counter at the pharmacy at Scholls ferry Rite Aid he's very unprofessional. He's hung up on me twice and he is not friendly or helpful. He's a very angry man and I think that he should not be working at any counter let alone with people. This Rite Aid is very close to me but I am choosing to drive all the way over to Walker Rd. just to avoid him. The reset of the workers at that store are very pleasant and easy to get along with. read more

In my last review I failed to give 5 stars over the unpleasant experience I had with their pharmacy. That has changed. For the 5 star better! New staff in the pharmacy, same awesome staff up front = welcoming and friendly experience. Plus I always enjoy their service, the smiling faces who never fail to greet me when I arrive. The service here is really wonderful, they know what they have in stock and what they don't. Also, if you fill your Rx here, you end up with the best savings on RiteAid brands, makes shopping here worth it. Only frowny face - the pharmacy has pretty short hours on some days, so plan ahead. Whomever is in charge of this location - thumbs up, you're doing a great job. read more

Update- this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and somehow gets even worse with every interaction. Sippy, the pharmacy manager is very disorganized, defensive, and rude. I asked her several times who her manager was and she refused to tell me. She is very emotional and wouldn't answer my questions because she said I was "being mean to her." Are you 5 years old? People are going to continue having these issues and getting upset with you when you are incompetent and can't seem to do your job. Rite Aid desperately needs to have their employees go through customer service training so they can learn how to deal with people in a professional manner. I have started ordering my prescriptions for delivery so I can avoid interacting with the employees. But even the delivery process has been difficult. They will say your prescriptions were delivered but they are nowhere to be found. Then you have to go in circles with them on the phone trying to figure out how your prescription got lost. They also like to take early lunches, so if you show up 5-10 mins before 1:30, they might be closed for lunch already. I would LOVE to switch to a different pharmacy but sadly Rite Aid is the only one contracted with OHP insurance. read more

i called 21 x in a half an hour and finally I had to call the cashier to get the pharmacy's attention when they connected me to the pharmacist he placed me on hold and then hung up on me. when I called back I couldn't reach anyone because they were closed for lunch. when they returned from lunch I called another 19 x with no answer. after calling the supervisor he placed me on hold for the pharmacy for 23 minutes and it's always like this and they never have your prescriptions right. it is a waste of time filling any prescription and they are never ready on time, the quote time they give you to pick them up but when you go to pick them up the prescription's are never ready. if you try to talk about it with a supervisor/manager in charge they have no solution for you! you will waste your time and energy and most likely ruin your day trying to get help from this pharmacy. read more

I came here for propane because they have a whole cage outside of propane tanks, but the cashier said "oh sorry no propane here". I think that they're just too lazy to go outside and grab it for you or understaffed. This is sad and they should just take away the propane tanks outside of the store if they do not want to service their customers. read more

Been coming here for over 12 years. The employees treat me nice. They always seem to be in good spirits. Whenever I forget my coupons they show me where to find it on the add. They are very patient and willing to help me out when I ask. The pharmacy is always on hand to explain anything about the medications questions. read more

Been coming here for over 10 years because I live down the street. I didn't know how expensive their medications were till recently when I had to get something not covered by my insurance but if you have insurance this is a great pharmacy. If you're paying out or pocket use GoodRx to check the prices because they are expensive and you can probably get them cheaper somewhere else. But if you have insurance this is a great place to go. I've seen the same faces for years which I appreciate. They've had the same employees for years so you get to know them and they know you which makes everything easier. This store is located in the Greenway shopping center. This review is for their outstanding customer service. I was having some sort of moderate allergic reaction and needed benadryl ASAP. I walked into the store mildly confused with chest tightness and shortness of breath. I knew that I was having an allergic reaction to something and the inversion with smoke from the area fireplaces was making it worse. I walked in and I was looking at the isles and looking at the signs and I didn't know where to go in my confused state. A sales associate asked if I needed help and I told her my situation and my immediate needs. She took me over to the benadryl section and guided me to what I should be purchasing for immediate release. As a nurse you would think that I would know but because I was not able to think straight in my current state the help was much appreciated. I wish to thank them for amazing customer service in my time of need. I took the meds and all was well again. It is a darn good thing as it was Saturday night and no urgent care in the area was open at that late hour. Thanks again. read more
