I refused to leave until they double checked again and told them again that I was the sender and it was for another person, then he looked again. I peaked through their packages and can clearly see my packages and then finally the guy (not the manager- he did not show up anymore, hiding at the back of the store) looked again and said, "yeah your package is here. I am glad I insisted them to check otherwise I would be going around for a package that is already 1 week late in delivery. Sucky service.

It's kind of weird to see so many complaints about the service here. I've always been treating pretty well here. Even taking my passport photos. There was a mom with a young infant taking a passport photo on the counter on its back with the mom shaking a foil bag of snacks to get him/her at the camera.
