They don't have anythinggg in this store. The shelves are literally empty. It's super quiet and nobody is in here.

I have been coming to this Rite Aid location now for a few years. And I love their customer service here. Today, I just wanted to give "Special Mention" to one of the Pharmacist here her name is Mira. Not that they all aren't good but I've been sick for over a week now and hadn't been able to get there for a refill I had waiting for me. On last night I called for it to be delivered the next business day and Mira offered to bring it to me personally! She got my info on delivery as I am 84 yrs old and I live in a senior apartment complex. She came to deliver the medication to me after she got off work and in the rain. I believe this was over and above what anyone could expect! I'm forever grateful to have chosen this Rite Aid for my medical needs. And I just wanted to say Thanks so much to the whole staff of pharmacist and the pharmacy assistant's and a Special Thanks to Mira. read more

Service is great. Certain things you're looking for they have. Ice cream is always good over there

Went in for my bivalent covid booster scheduled online; things went smoothly, they took my info/vax card; waited about 10 minutes; got my shot and picked up a couple candy bars before leaving the store via self checkout. read more

Pharmacy: 4 stars. We've gotten our COVID shots here. They were super patient with my mom who is disabled. Mira is very kind and she knows her regular customers by name. We were newcomers and were only there for our vaccines. In February, the process was seamless when coming for early AM appts. In March, with more vaccine appts and customers, my experience was a 30-35 minute wait when my appt time was at 10:00. Nonetheless, Mira is caring and kind. As for the front cashiers, 2 stars max. The cashiers in the front clearly do not want to be there and their disposition shows. The store is clean and nicely laid out. Despite, this and "neighborhood pharmacy" type service, I don't think I will be a regular here. read more

Came through with the family unit because we all needed our own specific stuff. Parental units got what they needed. Big Bro needed an eyeglass repair kit and put it to use while waiting for the rest of us to get it together. (He ended up returning the whole kit because they were - in his own words - "too flimsy. It didn't work.") But I was here for one thing and one thing only: DuoDerm patches/dressing (or the equivalent) for my bedridden 99yr old grandmother. This store is a lot bigger than the usual Rite Aid stores I'm used to, so instead of wandering around so many isles trying to locate this specific item, I decided to get in line at the pharmacy to ask. With only one person ahead of me, I figure it'd be quicker. NOPE. Person in front of me was only tended to 10 minutes after I got in line since no one was up front. There were about 3 of them doing who knows what behind their own aisled section. When someone finally got to the customer ahead of me, that took another 10 minutes. Not that I'm complaining about it, everyone has their own needs and some people need more help than others. No biggie... My turn came around, so I asked whoever was there if they had this dressing or at least an equivalent. (Not sure if she was a pharmacist or a cashier.) I showed her a picture to give her an idea what they looked like and asked about it. Immediately, she said they don't have anything like it available. "Plus those need prescriptions." Uhm... I'm pretty damn sure they don't. Walmart has them available without having an MD sign off on it. I thanked her and walked by the first aid kit aisle and low and behold - they have the smaller version of what I needed. (Didn't get it - needed the bigger kind.) Prescription, huh?! I got a bit turned by that. The cashiers up front were nice, though, so it's only fair I average my rating for this place. Otherwise, aisles were clean of clutter and organized. Other than its size, kinda typical of other Rite Aid stores. read more

This review is for the actual pharmacy and not the store itself. Been coming here for my medications for about a year now. With a hiccup here or there, the staff has always been very patient with processing my medications. I did a flu shot with the pharmacist and it was as pleasant an experience as getting a flu shot can be. Will be doing these here in the future. read more

For f*cks sake! If the pharmacy is busy just say "please hold". Beyond irritating that they keep picking up and hanging up the phone to avoid talking. Beyond rude - and do they think I can't hear them hanging up on me?? A pharmacy - meant to treat people with all sorts of conditions including extremely painful ones - thinks it's okay to rudely hang up the phone when someone calls. I can't pinpoint exactly when customer service in this country went to sh*t but this is getting absurd. Have some common decency. read more

Friendly cashiers (greeting upon entering, "thank you for shopping" at the end). If you're a boozer, this store is perfect for you. I've never seen a drug store with such an ample alcohol section. I was popping in for water and a snack -- good selection there, too. (Would be better if the water prices were posted on the shelves -- lots of things were without prices.) When paying, I was asked if I had a Rite Aid card. I said no, but asked how to sign up. I'm delighted that the process to get one was so easy. All they needed was a phone number, and I was on my way with a card (and two keyring cards). Definitely better than the CVS application, which is like a mini essay. read more

Long line and available employees did nothing to assist the sole person doing everything. He was doing managerial duties, while at the same time operating the register. I made a special trip as it was Senior First Wednesday of the month which offers a 20% for eligible enrolled customers The specific item I wanted was so high priced that I can buy for a lot less than 20% below the posted price everyday somewhere else. What pissed me off is that I wasn't accepted as enrolled. I enrolled months ago - but I suppose their system got hacked or some other excuse. Since I am enrolled in their pharmaceutical program, they should have all my data. But no. They wanted my DOB and the guy told me to enter the year first - Wrong. I don't think he was incompetent, more like a work overload. I told him to forget the discount as I have no plans to use it. Like, why should make a special trip to get 20% off of an item that is marked up greater than 20%. I would still be overpaying. Addendum added 02/06/2014 Added photo of receipt of my skinny transaction. Didn't purchase overpriced item. Receipt clearly indicated my enrollment - but refused to provide advertised discount. Honestly, I'm not a fan of Rite Aid... The diagonal aisles confuse the heck out of me... Lol... But... If I need to grab some pharmacy essentials, this is where I go. Forgot to put on deodorant? Need cough drops? Replace my Tums bottle at work? Need Chapstick for my son? Migraine meds? It's all here... Parking is okay, but there are *a lot* of busy businesses in the same shopping center, so your chances of finding a decent spot is iffy... read more

Very clean and organized store. Cashier greets people upon entry. There was at least 8 people in line with only one cashier working. I must say she was juggling people as faat as she could between two registers. A second employee was scooping ice cream, but perhaps scheduling could be much better. read more

As I witness an older gentleman with a full set of gray hairs.. not able to buy cigarettes because lack of ID. I've been coming here for years and this was a little upsetting being that the last couple times I've been here . They sold cigarettes to a younger prettier lady with asking NO ID.. stores policy? Depends on who's asking? Real shady! Don't think I'll be going here for anything including my cigarettes. Place needs better consistency! Overall WACK! read more

Really going out on a limb there by reviewing a Rite Aid -- yeah, but this Rite Aid is special! A recent doctor's visit revealed that I had a Vitamin D deficiency; that's right, I don't get enough sun. These days the only contact with sunlight that I get comes from waiting in line for lunch from a Westside food truck. My doctor was bright enough to encourage me to pick up some Vitamin D from my local pharmacy, instead of encouraging me to make my way outside during daylight hours in an attempt to have my pale flesh endure the harshness of UV rays. Rite Aid was there to provide me with about three or four different manufacturers of vitamins -- more than enough for me to realize that I don't really care how fancy the label looks for a bottle of vitamins. I pick up the cheapest bottle and make my way to the checkout counter, but not before being stopped in my tracks by an entire selection of vitamins that had tons of "I'm on sale, look at me!" tags taped over the regular price. There might have been a valid reason for me to be afraid to take vitamins from bottles that were 'Buy One, Get One Free' -- but not enough for me not to buy them. read more

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice cream! I remember having a seasonal watermelon ice cream that was so good. That was a long time ago. I think that was when this spot was a Thrifty's. I haven't seen this flavor again yet. This is your typical Rite Aid. Last thing I bought here was bandages. I mainly just head over here when I crave some of their butter pecan or pecan praline ice cream. read more

LOL i've come here with my friend for ice cream before with my friends at random times. We would drive by and think " HEY ICE CREAM". The only down side to this place was the they would be out of the good flavors most of the time. Aside from the lack of the good flavors, the service here is ok and they have the usual selection of pharmacy stuff. This pharmacy sucks . Had my RX sent from Ralph's (much better ) and I told the cashier they faxed a RX and she said there's nothing ready . I told her no they just faxed it can you check ? She said no I can't help you sorry there's nothing in the fax . While I'm literally staring at the fax machine and there's something there . I told another employee and there it was my sons RX . I like this place but I don't like how I came in this morning and they didn't have change not even $50 like it's the day after pay day they should be ready to break big bills for at least $50 and the register lady Josie was nice she called David but he wasn't no help.... I went in this store last week looking for ice for a picnic I was on my way to take my wife and daughter. Before I made it to the ice, I saw some electronic items I had been looking for. The price seemed pretty good so I grabbed a few. When I got to the register, the young woman working the register made it very clear (as racist people know how) that she wanted us to know she didn't value us as customers. After a few disrespectful comments, we finished our transaction and left the store. If you want to treat someone poorly because you don't like them for whatever reason (race, sex, religion) or whatever. I see no reason to exhibit those biases while representing the company you are working for. I'm sure someone in this store is aware of the way this young woman treats certain people. If not, I am informing Rite Aid right now. Although I believe most of this woman's sentiment is her own. I have seen over they years that often times management or the company itself promotes these sentiments either by example or apathy. Personally, I will not return to this store. Their are many other companies I can spend my hard earned income at. Maybe they will appreciate my business, or I will move on until I find someone that does. After all, this is America. It's what we have to do. This Rite Aid will not only lose my business but this woman will continue treating people in this way. Others will follow my example. read more

After 4 days trying to get my RX & telling me the insurance rejected it, then me calling Dr. being on hold for insurance all day, Rite Aid FINALLY told me the truth which was...they stopped buying a lot of drugs from certain manufacturers. The drug I needed has 2. One that my insurance doesn't accept. The other is from a company Rite Aid will not order from. I had been getting this from them for months. The woman told me that there are SEVERAL Companies that they won't be doing business with & that A LOT of their customers are put out by this because now they have to get their RX at a different place. & angry. read more

Ok I'm not even exaggerating the ice cream is ALWAYS out of order or they only have one employee working so they won't serve you

I came here to get a prescription filled for the first time because it's close to home, but this became an immediate regret. The first older woman who helped me was nice, but she passed my prescription to a younger woman who was extremely rude. She basically yelled at me from the register where I was sitting to come over and finish the purchase. Once I was there, she kept going back and forth from the register while I was filling out information on the keypad, not being of any help. She kept getting frustrated at me putting in my phone number then declining wanting to join the wellness program. As I kept going, a phone number came up that wasn't mine, so I had changed it to the right number and also had to change it to the right address as well. She then gave me my receipt without ever telling or giving me any info on the medication I received. When I went home, I realized the number and address under my name were wrong, and remembered it was the exact same wrong one I had corrected earlier. I called the pharmacy to let them know so it could be changed, and the same woman answered. She was just as rude as she was earlier and was very callous about having completely mixed up my address and number with someone else's. I don't normally write reviews like this, but I feel like this woman overlooking these details could have resulted in something more serious. I was concerned that I didn't get the right prescription or that since the contact info was wrong, whoever they mixed it up with might not be able to be reached over something important. Dealing with people's medication is a serious job that I believe this employee takes far too lightly. read more

Don't use the key copy machine here. I paid about 20 dollars to get a key copied and it didn't work. Smh.

Bad bad customer service at the pharmacy!! The employees argue in front of the customers I think this is not right and very un professional. They help with bad actitud and never have the medication on stock, they take almost 1 week to have medication ready. Manager should select their personal better and teach them how to do a better customer service because they losing customers. read more

This is the worst pharmacy. My regular pharmacy closed down and all patients were forced into coming here. It's been over a year, and there is a problem getting my meds almost every single month... A HUGE shout out once again to Pharmacist Laura and adding Pharmacist Clyde to the list. There was a big medication error in the Rx they received and they were on the phone correcting it and calmed my frazzled nerves at such incompetence. My frustration with this med error from the doctor had me angry and anxious and they both took their time with me making sure I understood the complicated directions.
