Pretty much nothing has changed except I no longer see the security guard. The self-checkouts are still broken and were never fixed. Lines and delays still happen due to understaffing... and now the pharmacy staff is on the younger side so there isn't a whole lot of wisdom or advice. They just do their jobs. Everyone I interacted with at this Rite Aid was friendly and helpful, but I want to give a special shout out to the pharmacist on duty for going above and beyond with her customer service. She prepared my prescription in just a few minutes, double checked to ensure I did not pay too much out of pocket, and gave me clear directions to help me navigate the store and pick up other items I needed. read more

I like this Rite-Aid because it is easy in, and easy out. It's the closest drugstore to my mom's house. She gets her scripts filled at Kroger, but I like Rite-Aid for their sales. I feel bad for the workers today (4th of July) because they are open 24 hours. There were only two other customers in there. The cashier was very cheery. The parking lot is huge and you can exit onto Coolidge or Maple. read more

Here's a question: Why are the pharmacist not wearing medical grade face masks? Instead they are wearing facecloth masks. If the front of the store is wearing medical grade face masks. Would you not want the pharmacy employees to wear them too? Also lack of customer service in this store. No greeter and the "Attitude" I received from one of your pharmacist. Was enough for me to not come here as often as I do. read more

The pharmacy used to be absolutely amazing: great customer service, knowledgeable pharmacist, medications always in stock. It has gone downhill recently with slow wait times, prescriptions that are never ready when using auto refill. Rami is one of the rudest people I've ever met and is vindictive if he doesn't want to deal with you(letting phones ring for 10 minutes) hanging up on customers. Even confusing on their end today caused them to threaten me with calling 911 for the reason that they wanted to help others behind me instead of running my card and getting me out of there which takes no more than 2 minutes. I waited patiently for my wife's prescription which was already paid for as they told me if I didn't move they would make sure it took 30 minutes to run instead of 10 minutes previously said. Still waiting patiently they sais they made more threats and wasting time instead of just doing their job as 4 cars pile up behind me in the drivethrough and tons of people waiting for help on the inside. they would rather give me a hard time and lie about why i dont have the script yet. not engaging after that they ran it and i was out of there 30 seconds later....not 10, or 30 minutes and and no 911 called because they knew they were in the wrong. i talked to corporate and they said Rami will be fired so hopefully i wont have to deal with him again and the male pharmacist that threatened 911 on me learned his lesson in customer service. If they dont get their act together im going to have to switch pharmacies after 10 years going to this one for everything. read more

This is a great rite aid - ppl in pharmacy to front register are great - very friendly - which is rare anywhere' anymore ! Nice wine selection - and well kept store So convenient open 24 hours and it's never real crowded - in & out with a new script in 15 mins. read more

Fantastic pharmacy. Laura is the best. She has been there for a while and runs circles around everyone that has come and gone. She keeps that pharmacy on point. The store itself is great too. Friendly and helpful staff. Shelves are always stocked well and they have great deals every week. Never long lines. read more

Walked into the store tonight just to purchase some Elderberry gummies Sunday evening April 11th 7:30 pm....the one I wanted it appeared there was only one left ....they were buy one get one free ....so I brought it to the front register and a girl with longer light brown hair looked at it and checked it and said no there wasn't another one and she would give me 25% off... I decided to go back and look to see if there were any others that I may want to purchase where there were two...and there was one for 18.49 and it was buy one get one free so I brought two of them to the register and she looks at me and says no these aren't on sale okay maybe I was seeing things so we walked back together and she pulls the tag off of the area where I got it and said someone must have put that there....and she turns and starts walking towards the register and says okay I'll give it to you ....so we go to the front and she rings it up she looks at me she says that'll be $26 I said but it says 18.49 ...she says...somebody marked that wrong... I looked at her I said okay forget it ... I said just forget everything I'm not getting anything ....she didn't try to stop me she didn't say I'm sorry let me give that to you for the price that you saw it at .......she looked at me like I had done this like I had cheated the store and somehow put a tag where it didn't belong. Where do these people come from and why are they employed around people... I will call tomorrow and Report her to the manager. Horrible Customer Service! read more

Nice that it is open 24 hours. My only complaint was the high prices on the Ziploc bags and the very small 3 oz box of Cheez It's for $3.50. I could have bought a big box for this price if I would have went to a Mejier. read more

I love this pharmacy. Everyone here is friendly and helpful; they also carry all of the products I'd purchase from a drug store. As for the pharmacy, the team is efficient, CLEAN, and very knowledgeable. It's important for me to have the pharmacist take a few minutes and explain the medication I'm prescribed. Diana is the pharmacist I usually ask for, or the pharmacy tech Laura. While it's usually not a serious issue/prescription (usually cold meds), it's nice to know they care enough to explain the "small" stuff. read more

Nice to have another pharmacy I can go to that always has my meds in stock and doesn't treat me like a criminal. This place is fast and fair, helpful and friendly. They never act like you're bothering them or they are on a power trip. I wish this place wasn't so far away from home but it's worth the trip. The rite aid on john r and wattles used to be my favorite until the crabby foreign jerk started working more instead of Mary Ann. read more

They should have spent the money on the remodel job on their staff. I have been going there for 10 years and it has gone steeply downhill in the last year or so. The latest example was tonight when I ran in to get a bottle of wine and waited for 10 minutes in the checkout while the cashier tried to figure out how to process a return for a customer. When he decided it was the cash register's fault and relocated to the other one, I gave up and went to the pharmacy check out. That too took far longer than it should have but at least I was able to leave before the carry out in the car got any colder. read more
