The drive thru pharmacy gate was allegedly "broken" and had a raggedy unprofessional handwritten sign requesting everyone come in. I pulled up to the window for my meds at 5:53. I had to park and walk into the building, and got to the back of the pharmacy at 5:59, the man at the pharmacy counter then proceeds to look me in my eyes as I'm standing in line and tell me they close at 6 and I can come back tomorrow and closes the gate in my face. What? I'm standing right here and my order is in the bin you lazy Larry. I wish I was making this up. Do better CVS. I'd rather die of pneumonia than give them a dime of my hard earned money.

That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? I will never go there again to get a shot, even if it is free. Zero stars for how they run things!
