Not good is not good enough! Horrible phone etiquette. Person who answered phone was Very unprofessional. Waiting now for 4 minutes on hold to speak to manager. Dropped Items off a week ago they said would have to check with manager and see if they could dry clean the items I dropped off. After 7 days of waiting I called to check status and they had different reasons why had no answer yet. I get it stuff happens but it would have been nice to let me know. Calling back again today because was promised a call back yesterday their computer was down but no one called back. Found out today that yes can do but this point I just want to pick up and take elsewhere. Said would have to get it back from plant. She said will get at 6pm today. Will wait for call hopefully will hear back today. If short handed or new staff then they could let me know. Otherwise I think it's run poorly. read more

The blonde woman I speak with each time is always very polite and friendly. But gosh, every trip here is 30 minute experience. I am standing here watching them fish out all of my items one by one and wrap them. I came 8 days after their projected "ready by" date. Why wouldn't it already be bundled and ready to go? Clean! Clean! Clean! This place is so clean inside and the lady was so welcoming. I love clean places and nice people. That will definitely earn you a trip down that 5 star road! My kiddos dropped milkshake on my husbands favorite baseball cap. SO off to the cleaners it went. They did such a great job that the hat looked brand new! It was only $5. That a deal when compared to having to buy a new one and paying for shipping and handling. This place was in and out $5 with a new baseball cap! My 2 linen dressed were ruined! My bright orange flowing linen dress my rich lime colored dress with beads came back blanched; like they used bleached in the dry cleaning solution. The last straw was my red red dress came back blanched (it wasn't rich red anymore, rather a dull maroon) & the neck string detached from the dress! The owners are nice enough. But whoever they send clothes to, does a careless job. I'm sorry to present this reality. read more

This place does an amazing job cleaning your items and their staff is nice. My low rating is due to the fact that each trip here takes 20-30 minutes standing in line waiting to drop off or pick up your items. Mind you-I am making a second trip up here because half of my order was not done as expected earlier in the week. This fine but at least call me so I don't waste a trip. While I am waiting in line today as I post this review, a gal is complaining about her laundry not being delivered as expected and it's still not done and she was not called with this update so now she is here and her stuff is STILL NOT ready. These are tough times and everyone is busy. A bit of customer service would go a long way here. Pack a lunch if you go, it'll be a long wait! read more

Ladies are nice. However, went to pick up my clothes the day after they said they would be ready. They were not ready. Came back the following day, as advised, still not ready. Went back the next day..Not ready.. they said to come back in the afternoon...and no one was there! Wouldn't recommend! read more

Staff are polite enough but they had my summer dress re-dry cleaned, now the color on one side looks lighter than the other (I had not noticed it until I wore the dress - never happened before!!!!). I will have to ask what happened.... Other than that the clothes look fresh. read more

I don't have enough space to go through all the issues I had with this place. All I can say is do NOT go here. The service is bad, they don't deliver on the time frame, and they don't follow through with their commitments. 1. There were numerous times I went to pick up my clothes when they were supposed to be ready and they weren't. In all cases they told me they would call when ready and I never got a call. I had to go back in and check multiple times. 2. One time I went in and they lost my entire order. They said I picked it up already but I didn't. They said the order never got placed so I had to wait another week. They said they would call when ready but never did. 3. Another time they gave me the wrong pants and it took them 3 weeks to find my pants. Multiple times I was told they would call but never did. 4. I finally got my pants and the zipper was broken. I wasn't given an estimated time but once again told they would call when ready...never got a call. It took almost two weeks for them to fix it. Again, stay away from this place. read more

DryClean only, bead embezzled on the shoulders. 4 MONTHS LATER MY DRESS IS SAFELY HANGING IN MY CLOSET Upon "pickup " I was informed by the owner that dress was damaged with beads missing and was noticeable. I always take my dry cleaning here as of three years ago. They are very good and have my items in a timely manner. I also have taken my alterations there and they always do a good job. So I just left this place. When I walked in I said hello to the lady and gave her my ticket. She was so rude! I asked how are you? She could bring herself to say anything to me. I just thought.."ok, someone's having a bad night." Another customer came in and she said hi as well. Did they ignore her? Hell no! They were so nice. If I could give 0 stars I would for 2 reasons 1 because of the quality of care they take with your garments and 2 because of the customer service. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT come to this dry cleaner with any important or irreplaceable items. My grandfather, an Air Force vet of 23 years, passed away September 24 2023. We dropped his Air Force blues off to be cleaned on Tuesday September 26 set to pick them up on October 3rd (3 days before funeral) they not only destroyed part of my grandfather's uniform but they failed to say anything about it until 15 minutes before our pick up time (6pm on October 3rd) they have given us nothing but excuses and "I don't know" as to how this happened then they never offered a refund I had to ask and all they gave us back was $4. Now it is October 4th 2 days before the funeral and we are struggling to replace what they ruined with merely 2 days to do so. To top that off the older lady hid in the back of the store the entire time and refused to come out and face the family of the deceased whose irreplaceable sentiment flight cap they ruined despite us requesting that she come out. I so appreciate the staff at this cleaners. I have been getting my clothes cleaned her for years. After a couple months I noticed my clothes after being cleaned had a funny odor. I spoke to Grace a staff and she mentioned it to her bosses. I had about 20 plus shirts and 4 to 6 dress coats with slacks and vest. My clothes cost me about $75.00 They thank me for bringing it to their attention. They also explained to me that were they sent their dry cleaning to, the person was useing Some cheap dry cleaning chemicals that left an odor. They were not aware of this. So they let that company go. They found another place to do their dry cleaning. They recleaned my next cleaning for free. What a wonderful group of people here. I have been using Cleanology's pickup/delivery service for about 4-5 years now and have only had one issue with them. Once they misplaced my clothes but found them a couple of days later. I mentioned this because yes sometimes things occur but they work hard to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. I always recommend them to my family and colleagues. I have tried seven dry cleaners before this one. This dry cleaner actually follow directions and did the military end police pleats Correct. It was fast service no waiting when I had to pick it up it was on time and done right. Highly recommend this cleaner. Covid can't stop me!!! Cleanology used to come to my downtown office to pick up my dry cleaning (and coworkers) and now during Covid lockdown they are coming to my home. Yes, even while working from home I need my tops dry cleaned. Zoom meetings aren't always leisure wear. I love their responsiveness and dependability. Their cost is affordable especially when you consider the convenience. You can't beat that level of service. I have had zero issues and have used them regularly for at least two years. Dropped off 3 dress shirts and a pair of dress slacks on Monday and then picked them up today on Wednesday. There were ironing marks on the back of the shirts and sleeves. Seems like it was a rushed job. Hadn't used them for a few years and this is the new end result! Will not be using their dry cleaning services again. read more

I'm not familiar with how dry cleaning works, but I didn't want to ruin some expensive clothes I have, and I've had some of my these brand clothes dry cleaned before. Not only did the lady call me a liar.. they were also laughing at me for not knowing how the process works and didn't care to explain to me how it works. Very unprofessional made me feel very uncomfortable. I just can't believe 2 grown ladies would laugh at a young man for not knowing how dry cleaning works exactly. They were very very rude the whole time, rolled eyes at me, and were not friendly what so ever when all I tried to do was bring them business and give them a job. Made me feel very out of place. Very unprofessional. I will not ever go back here again, although I had 7 other shirts on me they said they could have cleaned I only left them with 1. Just cause, who cares really.. even at that they said it'll be 3 days for my 1 T-shirt to be dry cleaned. Horrible horrible business. I really hope the ladies in there laughing at the customers, are just employees, because they need to be replaced. The amount of disrespect I'm feeling after leaving there is just not ok. Wife had a new dress that she wore only twice, brought it in to get rid of armpit stains on Tuesday. They said it would be ready Thursday after 6pm. We called after 6pm to see if it was ready and they said it wasn't ready yet, but that they would call us when it was. We got a call after 7pm (after they were closed) and said it was ready and we could pick it up. We dropped everything and went to go get it because they were not going to be there much longer. We got there and it was the WRONG dress! They said they would call friday when they found the correct dress...we waited all day friday and my wife called them right before closing to see if they would call (they didn't). They said they couldn't find the dress and they would have the manager call us. The manager called after they were closed and said it was ready and we can pick it up. We picked it up saturday morning and the armpit stains were still visible and we now had extra stains on other parts of the dress from what looks like cleaning solution left too long on dress or iron marks. I was impressed a few days after I picked up my comforter to receive a call from the owner, Steve, thanking me for my business and inquiring about the quality of service I received. I have never been contacted by a business owner/manager/employee to thank me for choosing them or to inquire about the service I received....and I happen to be very critical about the places where I spend money. I wish all businesses were run the way this gentleman runs his business. I was a customer for a long time with a competitor of Cleanology. I heard from a friend that they were an excellent dry cleaning / laundry facility and my friend was right. The people at Cleanology are friendly and the service is second to none. The prices are even better than I was paying at the other place. I would strongly suggest using Cleanology.
