The water even beads on the blanket and it leaves a oily feeling. Not soft and fluffy like when it went in. Basically left with option to wash 10 x to remove the film or toss blanket out. Seeing as I have a coin operated laundry in my building I now just have to put the blanket away till I have expendable time to fix this. Useless -- they can't even read the tag and wash a washable item because they would rather fill the world with chemicals and charge a dry cleaning charge. I told him I was going to the Cedar Green branch, and asked if it was too late for same day. It was just after 10:00 am. He told me it was too late, but if they hadn't finished the last load, they may be able to help me. He told me to ask for Joey, the store manager. I did that, and Joey told me to be there before 5:00 to pick it up. I have used D.O. Summers for many years, sometimes using their free pick-up and delivery service, and sometimes using same day. Instead of same day being an extra charge add-on, like some cleaners, that is their standard service. It's a great help...but be sure to go to their website and get their coupons! :)
