The facility appeared spotless and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting area and clearly marked signage. The medical team demonstrated excellent bedside manner, explaining procedures thoroughly and addressing all concerns with patience. This outpatient surgery experience made my father feel at ease and less anxious, largely due to the compassionate care he received. I recommend bringing your own lunch or snacks, as waiting times can be lengthy--sometimes lasting several hours--and there is no vending machine on-site.
