Jin dedicated a number of days to meet with us on any potential homes to be viewed and did so in a punctual manner with a positive attitude. We ultimately selected a prebuilt home that checked a number of our personal wishlist boxes and Jin acted as our complete buyer advocate and was incredibly responsive in any questions and issues that needed to be addressed and resolved with both the builder and Mortgage Company. Jin was incredible from the initial introductory meeting and ultimately all the way to closing. While the home-buying process itself was smooth, our move-out experience was the complete opposite. As a family with young children, we were repeatedly questioned and made to feel uncomfortable over normal wear and tear......things like minor drywall nicks that are expected in any home with kids. These were already being addressed on our end with a contractor, as we had communicated. Despite agreeing to cover repairs and forfeit a $3,000 deposit, we were met with unnecessary comments and a level of aggression that felt unprofessional and unwarranted. It was especially disappointing given that we chose to work with her over many other options, expecting a level of trust and respect in return. We believe in accountability and were fully willing to take care of any legitimate damages....but respect and professionalism should go both ways. Based on this experience, we would not recommend doing business with Jin.

    Worst treatment from JENNIFER COLEMAN. Horrible communication , Uncaring, lazy, lack of respect for…read moretime, made me feel like dirt. It took 4 times of her disrespecting me to the point I am beyond fed up. I kept staying quiet. I kept getting disrespected. The nicer I was the more she pushed me down to the bottom of her priority list and value. and my value was zero to her as a human. She was sending the wrong listings I didn't complain. I asked her to please send the other ones. Then she was sending rentals. Then listings in the wrong state. I pointed out to her. I've been beyond patient and got nothing but denial and her gaslighting me telling me she didn't send the wrong areas when I clearly am looking with my own eyes and they are there. The nicer I was the more shed I guess thought I was a pushover and could just keep cancelling past minute. On top Of this she wasn't scheduling any showings for me and cancelled meeting TWICE !!!! I texted her and she still was gaslighting me telling me the listings dod not include erroneous info. The listings that were there were unclear if they were preach built or new construction. I asked. She said she would let me know . She didn't. Then she cancels the appointment again so she can go help someone else I guess a juicier deal just arrived at her and she shoved me aside like dirt to take her other appointment after cancelling prior and me re arranging to meet her time. I have never ever dealt with this level of cold uncaring service from anyone. She literally has no regard for me as a human being and zero respect for my time.

He represented sellers of a home, discussed multiple offers with multiple potential buyers but then subsequently refused to communicate the majority of those offers to the seller he was representing. Ultimately the seller was deceived into accepting a lower offer than others submitted, and the home went to a flipper connected to Jovan and his team. Further proof of this unethical, if not illegal, behavior can be seen by Jovan and Jennifer now representing that very same flipper who's desperately trying to sell the same property after polishing a turd! And, unfortunately, this flavor of behavior seems to be business as usual for these "professionals;" see another review posted that required legal action when this team refused to abide by contractual obligations!

This is especially true if you are selling an inherited property as I was earlier this year. A good real estate agent will know the area, know the laws and rules and will help assess your home and get it listed and sold for a "good price". A great real estate agent is a counselor, a partner in your effort, someone who "has your back" throughout the process in addition to doing all of the real estate work. Philippa Main is an *outstanding* real estate agent and an even better person. My father passed away leaving a home in Woodbridge, Virginia - the home in which I grew up and which contained almost 50 years of possessions. I contacted Philippa in March of 2026 to discuss its potential sale even as the house was in significant disarray while I engaged in the slow process of cleaning it out and sorting through the many things my parents had accumulated over the years. When she visited the home, I looked around and threw up my hands. Philippa looked around and said, "we can make this happen." I sought her out specifically because she mentioned having expertise in sales of homes that are inherited - a particular niche that involves a delicate dance of handling family dynamics, wills, probate laws and determining what, if any, money should be put into renovations or improvements that will get a reasonable return on the investment. From our first conversation over the phone - which she took time to do in the middle of a busy weekend - Philippa was incredibly personable, easy to talk to and anticipated many of my questions and many of my concerns as we talked. By the end of our conversation, I felt like I was chatting with a friend who had expertise I needed. Over the following three months, she was a (rapidly-responded-to) text or phone call away as I navigated getting the house ready for sale. She helped outline a schedule and a plan to list the home. She connected me with a large network of trusted service providers from junk removers to contractors to painters to flooring experts from whom I obtained estimates and some of whom I contracted to help clear out the house and prepare it for sale. While she always reiterated that she would back any decision I made regarding the house, I always sought her counsel when making major decisions such as whether or not to spend money on renovations and, if so, which ones were most important. Of course, there were obstacles - some amusing, some less-so - but Philippa helped me handle each one with a confidence borne of having "seen it before". That is an incredibly valuable thing when dealing with a stressful situation. In the end, the home was listed in June and had nearly seventy showings in three days. The house sold for well over its asking price and after all of it I know some things: The home could have been sold by another agent. But few, if any, others could have been a partner in the process the way Philippa was for me. She was a trusted resource, a confidant, a person who knew when to inject humor into a situation and when helping me vent was what was needed - she understands people and the process of selling an inherited home in addition to being a brilliant real estate agent who knows the area and who knows how to get the job done. I couldn't recommend her more for ANY real estate work but, especially, if you face the task of preparing and selling an inherited property.

When we were considering a new home, I took a risk and reached out to Danny. I am glad my husband and I made the choice to go with him for both selling our townhouse and buying a single family home. Danny was respectful of our timeline. It's a big decision to move and we had many unpredictable life events along the way. Danny was never pushy and made himself available for whenever we were ready. When we finally decided to sell April 2022, Danny made everything easy by giving us a clear list of what should be done while factoring in our budget and household. With two dogs and a newborn baby, we couldn't do all the renovations and had restrictions on how long we could be out of our house. We appreciated Danny's understanding around this. Danny has great connections and was able to refer us to a great staging company that really helped showcase our home. Within four days of being on market, we had ten offers and was able to sell 11% over asking price. Waiting for offers can be nerve wracking but Danny's fast communication helped reduce a lot of the nerves. Regardless of time/day, he kept us in the loop so we were able to decide upon the best offer with his guidance. Danny was just as responsive when we worked with him to buy a new house May 2022. I'm not sure how he does it but somehow he's always able to send us info about any listings we inquire within an hour (usually within minutes). We were even able to schedule showings with him for the day of. Given how competitive the market can be, Danny's swiftness really helped us score our dream home. Thanks to Danny's constant communication with the selling agent, we beat out four other offers and signed the contract within 3 days of seeing the house. Danny has been so helpful through this entire process and we highly recommend him. He knows the northern VA area well and gave useful feedback for each house that we saw together, taking in our needs and wants. Danny has all the key traits needed in a realtor: responsive, reliable and most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and gained our trust as we navigated the big transactions of selling and buying a home. I've already referred a friend to Danny and happily will send more referrals his way in the future.

He was always available to show houses. His experience was helpful in that each showing was an opportunity to point out what to look for in the different properties. He would point out that large tree roots may damage this foundation so it will need to be removed soon... or point out the age of the HVAC system which would be a large investment soon. We were able to learn about the various contingencies in real estate and when to use them. This was our first offer, and even though we weren't the highest offer, we were able to win because of a bunch of different factors. Danny helped us through the entire process and we are so happy with our new house!

    This is the WORST management company! I would give zero stars if I could. They are incompetent. I…read moresent mandatory HVAC inspections last year and it took 2 months and an Issue they created on the portal for them to read the email. Now they have changed the rules and demand owners upload last years inspections or they have threatened to get a locksmith and open my unit and have the HVAC inspected all at owners cost. With the monthly fee over $771/month that is their job and I should not have to waste an hour of my time to fill out forms and upload last years inspections but I did and now they have posted a letter they are going to break in next week if someone is not home. I received no confirmation from my submissions and no response to my emails. I have called and they say they do not see the information in their portal. I sent them the old emails and a screenshot of the submissions in the portal. This is harassment! I was hoping the board would change management companies again as it seems they do every year or so but I cannot wait and going to sell this condo hopefully this spring.

My credit score was 824 and I had submitted all bank statements needed to qualify. It is my understanding that is a big red flag. . I needed to move quickly and they took advantage of my situation They also put the advance payments at the end of the lease ! Upon moving , they both insisted they show the residence while I was gone When I returned , lights were left on inside and out and personal items had been moved ! I brought this to their attention and was completely ignored This was a rental agreement and not a purchase but the lack of professionalism was astounding.

She met with us to see our goals for our future home. She talked with us realistically about what our price range was and the next steps. She put us in contact with Frank, our loan officer, who was another absolutely amazing person and support system throughout our homebuying process. The two of them are an amazing team! After we got preapproved, or maybe, even before we got preapproved, she started showing us some different houses. She made sure that we were connected with the latest updates and houses through their system. If there was a house that we liked, she made sure that we saw the house, we talked about the house, and most importantly, that we did a drive-by of the house. I think this mindset of doing a drive-by was probably the best thing because we realize that if we didn't want to drive by and we only wanted to meet her there that it probably wasn't a good choice for us to go home to every day. After we saw a few houses, we started talking about things that we liked and disliked as she continue searching for houses for us. When we finally needed inspectors, she worked to find some on such short notice. (We decided at 9pm and she found someone that night who was able to do it in the morning) She was communicative, she was honest, and she worked so hard to help us with this process. Her connections and expertise makes her thrive above so many. I could not have asked for a better support system or realtor. If you are buying a home, you have to talk to Micki first. She will help you find your perfect home.
