We discussed anti inflammatory medication. She says "I'll send that in right now." 2/27 12 noon - still NO meds called in. Called an No One was picking up the phone at this location. Literally. I called the Poughkeepsie location. 2 Hrs later their PA called and said the provider at Wappingers did not provide Any notes. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!
