I had been going to rituals day spa in Dothan to get my hair done for the past 8 months. I'm in enterprise, so it's about a 30-45 minute drive. I had an appointment this morning and I was running a little late (I have an infant and she had a diaper blowout and melt down as I was leaving the house). My appointment was at 8am and they called af 8:10am to see if I was still coming. I told the receptionist I was 2 minutes away (which I was!). She indicated that there was not enough time to do a full highlights, just a partial because I was late. No worries, that was fine with me. With a little one I rarely get to do things for myself so my hair appointments every few months are my relaxation/feel like a human time. I was in right 2 minutes later as I told the receptionist and was told there now isn't enough time to do my hair. Keep in mind my appointment was scheduled for 8am-noon. Really?!! 12/13 minutes late and there isn't enough time. Plus I just got off the phone with the receptionists 2 minutes earlier who knew I was 2 minutes away and said there was only time for a partial. I get it, I was late and my time is cut short. I even get if they wanted to charge me for the full highlights when I only got a partial because I was late. But no, turned away. My stylist even knows I have an infant and being on time is honestly a challenge. I always show up and understand fully if I get charged more or a service gets cut short. I won't be back. I won't waste my time and money with horrible customer service. To add insult in injury, I got a text and email saying I missed my appointment and asking if I want to reschedule. No! I made my appointment, you turned me away. Hour/hour and a half drive wasted. read more

FINALLY I found a hair stylist that gave me the color I've been wanting for years. Many have tried, but Tori nailed it. She did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased. I made an appointment and Ashley gave me an amazing massage, with focus on my problem areas. The massage table is warmed to you comfort and the products are great. I got tired of having products pushed on me so the stylists and salon could make commissions. I was told I had to purchase about $200-300 in product for my hair to look like it did when it was professionally styled. Furthermore, my extensions were colored by another stylist and I was charged twice the price of my normal coloring. Several others have had the same experiences.
