Just a quick update. I've been going here since the management change and have had no issues. The parking still sucks because it's not narrow, but that's not the cleaners' fault. Prices have gone up (I remember $1.50 for a shirt), and when alterations were free, but times have changed. I still recommend this place for regular, simple dry cleaning. read more

I'm so glad I finally gave this place a try! I brought in a dress to have a slit covered, they altered the dress to make it more modest. and they did such an amazing job. I was a little nervous at first, but they exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is excellent, the prices are super reasonable, and the girls are so sweet and helpful. I moved further away and still make the drive, it's worth it. Price? It's exceptional and hasn't gone up so much that I feel like I'm paying the cost of a new item of clothing each time I drop something off. Quality? They constantly screw orders up. I dropped off some pants and specifically gave them direction on how much longer the pants needed to be. Instead they go up three inches and my pants are no ready for the rain. Horrible read more

How can I forget to review this place. I may not be using it for a while, maybe ever but I will always remember this place for many reasons. Freindly service from all the people who worked there, the older male, the older woman, the young girl too. They were always hospitable and gave me a reliable finish time on my cleaning or sewing of my clothes. They always did a great job too. They had good hours and usually were able to finish my work promptly. The prices were cheaper than the cleaners I currently use. The parking was good and is next door to a tasty Vietnamese restaurant. Whether I return or not I must commend them. read more

Small little dry cleaners located in a little strip of shops next to a liquor store. Every time I come in I am always greeted by the owner, nice little Asian man. He takes my order, gives me my slip and back in about 2-3 days to pick up my stuff. My items have always been in good condition when I return to get them. I once left a 5 dollar bill in a pocket and when I returned the owner let me know and gave me my money! I was surprised of the honesty but from this day on I saw myself coming back every time. Only once was he unable to help me with a button that I needed replaced on a pair of jeans my daughter loves. Apparently he did not have the right size and did not recommend the ones he did have. I will still try him though for any clothing issues I might have in the future. read more

I have been going here for year and have always had great been but something changed. They say they did not Chang ownership but in the last month they lost two items, broke buttons on a blouse, then charged me $60 to wash two blankets that they did a horrible job on. I tried to reason with the girl but to no avail. Can anyone recommend another good cleaner in Orange? This one is the pits now. read more

This place is fairly inexpensive, though it comes with a price, the quality. On more than one occasion my clothes have come back smelling foul. The guy in front is pretty grouchy, he tries to be nice but still seems really irritated. I've returned a couple articles of clothing for recleaning twice, and each time he seems super inconvenienced, not at all apologetic. Unfortunately we won't be back here. Been dropping off my cleaners here a few times since it's conveniently close. They lost my wife's blouse and keep telling me to check back. I have a feeling they lost it for good. On top of it they made me pay for the service (along with other clothes) and never refunded me with the service charge of the lost blouse. It's the least they could do. I would never go there again. I've had minor issues with this dry cleaner in the past i.e. when requesting to Have no crease in jeans or no starch and it's not done. However, this past week I took a few polo shirts into the cleaners and took them home. To my surprise when I took my shirt out of the bag I noticed my white polo shirt has black spots all over it. I had only worn the shirt a few times prior each time I had the shirt dry cleaned. No spots, no stains, nothing. So when I noticed the spots and stains I immediately called and asked to speak to the owner so in explaining what happened to my shirt and that my shirt was essentially ruined right after I said that all of a sudden the owner can't hear me and kept saying he can't understand me and hanged up in my face. I then drive back to the cleaners to try to fix the situation. First thing that happens is all of a sudden the owner is not there they have no idea when he will return then they tell me that I did that to my shirt and they checked the shirt prior to it being cleaned and that I am the one that destroyed my shirt all of which were not true. Refused to give me my money back, basically called me a liar, and told me to leave. I was a 4 year customer and I will NEVER bring another garment in this place and YOU should think twice about doing the same! read more

I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned as I was selling it. It was a great price; HOWEVER my customer experience and results were terrible. the tie/ribbon of the corset backing to my dress came back to me missing. When I called, the owner said he didn't have it without looking. So the next day I went in with a picture to see if he did have it. He walked away from me when I said he had to have had it. Then he started yelling at me and calling me a liar that there was no ribbon to begin with. I took a picture of my dress when I was there and there was my ribbon. He said I lied about it all. I've NEVER had somewhere I was a customer yell at me and call me a liar. There was another customer behind me too. I felt so bad for her. I walked out of the store crying. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and obviously showing and I can't believe a grown man would yell like that and call his customer a liar. I will NEVER go back there and hope he does not do this again. read more
