Would never write a review for a cleaners but this has been HORRIBLE. I have been coming her for over 13 years. Three of my WHITE shirts I asked to be dry cleaned shrunk . It was a total of $300.00. They have had the shirts for six months while they "invesitgate". The owner finally tells me the insurance won't pay because thye propertly cleaned them per the label (the label says to place them in the wash on cold). I NEVER asked for them to be WASHED. They have been drycleaned several times. They won't give me my money for the shirts and they refuse to give me something in writing to state how they cleaned them. HORRIBLE customer service. Double check your receipt, they overcharge when they can sneak it in, i took in 5 regular short sleeve casual shirts (which I have brought there before), somehow they charged 1 as a dress short for double the price, and another as a blouse for double the price. Just be careful and check your receipt before you pay. read more

They don't even deserve one star. Unprofessional, ruined my wedding dress and charged me for ruining my dress. My wedding dress has so much sentimental value and they didn't do anything about it. They LIED for two MONThS about the dress stating that there TAGS got mixed up and they are looking for my dress after three attempts of trying to pick up my wedding dress they finally called accidentally. I overheard the supervisor stating that they ruined the dress and they don't know how to tell us. After calling and confronting them they finally said they sent my dress to alterations to get it repaired. You should see the dress omg I was crying my eyes out.. I dropped off a new top for dry cleaning at Ritz Cleaners. I picked it up and there were three holes in the shirt. I called the cleaners and advised them what had happened. He stated "Oh it proabably fell between the wall and the ironing machine". He asked me to bring it back which I did. The young man said he would give me a credit of $20.00. This top I had purchased from Nordstroms for $38.00 a christmas gift for my daughter. She had worn it once. When I complained he said take it back to Nordstroms. I took the top and told him I would never be back. I asked to speak to the owner but I was told he is hardly ever there. That is quite obvious. Maybe he should start spending more time there and running a better business with alittle bit more customer service and quality of the work. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my time going this cleaners. read more

I have used this place for years and they only charge $4.00 for my work uniform. The same price they have charged for 9 years

I have taken our clothes to Ritz Cleaners for years. And have had more problems with them than I care to admit. But I have always gone back because they are economical and have great hours. But I am done with them and will never return. In the past they have ruined several of my son's expensive dress shirts - tears that can't be repaired. And they will only credit back 10x the cost of cleaning the item, or $10 per shirt. But my final straw was my new comforter. I had an almost new comforter cleaned last spring. When I picked it up the weather had turned too warm to use it so I left it all folded up in the bag, just like it left the cleaners. When I moved in October and opened it up to place it on my bed, the spill that I had sent it to the cleaners for was not only still there, but had turned stiff from sitting so long. And the comforter still had cat hair on it. The tag that they used to mark the spot was still pinned to the comforter. It was very obvious that it had never been cleaned. I took it back to the cleaners and explained to them that they needed to actually clean it this time. When I picked it up they tried to charge me a second time for the cleaning but backed down when I complained. So I brought the comforter home again, unfolded it from the bag and it was a mess. All of the colors had run and the filling was all bunched up. Remember, this comforter has had less than two months use on a guest bed up to this point. And back to Ritz Cleaners I go and I am told that they will have to show it to the manager. Two weeks later, no call from the manager. I wait another week and go in again, this time I catch the manager in the store. When I tell her that it has been there for weeks with no call, she starts yelling at me that she left a message on my phone. Now in all fairness, she may have done so since I was having problems with my phone, but her attitude and behavior was completely out of line. I start to tell her the story of my comforter and she cuts me off telling me that I had bought a cheap comforter from China or Taiwan and she can't be held responsible for cheap dye. It took three or four times of me trying to speak with her before I finally told her that she was going to listen to me before I left and that I had been respectful of her story so she needed to offer me the same respect. I told her the story of it not being cleaned and she immediately blamed the condition of the comforter on cheap dye and fabric. She never acknowledged the original problem that caused me to bring it back. She takes no responsibility for the damage she has caused to multiple items of our or her caustic attitude. We all have choices of in life, I choose to never give any business to Ritz Cleaners. I know that I am not the only one who has problems, I have read many other posts over the years. So if you are looking for a new cleaners, just be aware of how Ritz Cleaners treats their customers. read more

*** DON'T GO THERE!!! If there was less than 1 star I would have given it to them. I have been battling over getting a dress that they ruined replaced or reimbursed. They have given me the run around (owner is in Philippines, Out of town, Bla, bla bla) After leaving several messages at the store i finally was able to get a Kim's cell. Finally I get offered a SLAP in my face and horrible customer treatment. . A dress that was worth and currently in the market for $470.00 DAVID MEISTER. Kim supervisor offers 135.00 in store credit because I don't have my receipt REALLY? You think I want to take my clothing back to you?
