I think she's racist and she is very selective on whom she has appointments for. Even if you call on her own terms between 12 and 3:00 p.m. for example we call that 12:06 pm and she said that she was already fully booked for us to bring clothes in for her to evaluate. We've been calling and trying several days in a row. She has taken in clothes before years ago but her strict appointment policy is awful. read more

I absolutely love this place, even though I only got to visit once! A friend and I were in town and in a bridal party. We needed a spot to donate our bridesmaid dresses. We were hoping to exchange them, but the store focuses more on contemporary and streetwear, not formal wear so that didn't work out for us (totally understandable). HOWEVER, the store owner was very nice and offered to put it in her donate pile so we didn't have to make a second stop. That worked out great because we got to look around and were there for over an hour. Linda (store owner) was nice enough to let us finish up and continue helping us with great service even after closing time. She saw what we were looking at and used that to make suggestions of similar items that were merchandised in other areas. I really loved the mix of accessories and non-clothing items as well. The merchandising here is great and everything pops and looks so cute...actually, too cute and I went a teeeeeny bit overboard. It's NOT a thrift store but it is a great consignment store. I'm usually a big thrifter, but it was nice to find a store that had already "vetted" the items to match what the store wants to offer vs an anything goes approach. RUDE and I DID NOT EVEN ENTER THE STORE. I didn't know they closed at 5, my husband had a haircut appointment to the barber nearby, I was planning to visit the store for the first time while waiting for him. I was walking towards the store to enter the store, the clerk ladies were talking with a group of people right out the door, when they saw me coming they ran to turn the closed sign inside out. The clothes here are not vintage and I believe these owners don't know what true vintage is. I brought in dresses from the 1960's. That's vintage. What this store has is used clothing that is in good condition and it's overpriced because they claim it's vintage so they can justify its high prices. I'm all in for recycling our clothing but selling something as vintage when it's not is false advertising. read more

I absolutely love this store. I do 99% of my shopping here and I always get compliments on my style and outfits. The clothes are in like-new condition, currently trendy and stylish. I have even consigned there myself and sometimes they haven't accepted some of my items so that's how I know that when I shop here, the clothes I am looking at will be too-notch. This place is clean, and they are always playing good music. Lastly, I have to mention the ladies who work there. They are always so kind and helpful. My suggestion is IF you leave clothes at this consignment store TAKE A PHOTO OF WHAT THEY ACCEPT for consignment. Let's just say I don't think they are honest. Beware that the clothes that are accepted for consignment at the counter are then looked at by "the owner" and she decides what to sell. They may accept 2 dozen items for consignment and you agree they can donate the rest. Then you find out the owner decided to only keep 4 and she "supposedly" donated some of the ones you agreed they would sell for you. read more

I'd seen this shop several times before finally going in. If you are expecting Goodwill or Salvation Army prices, you will be disappointed. This is a consignment shop, so prices can be higher, but I love this shop. My teen daughters love this shop. My mother loves this shop. My friend who visits from The Netherlands each year loves to find clothes for us in this shop. My best friend from Boston found a terrific find ten minutes after walking in. A friend that heard me singing its praises bought her 20th anniversary party dress there. It's a girls' shop; plenty of trendy, but feminine and classic, stuff. Between all of us, we have bought boots, jewelry, activewear, blouses, blinged-out hoodies, dresses casual to dressy, skirts, blouses, a faux-leather jacket and an incredible beaded gown. Vintage stuff shows up here and there--a hand-beaded shell from "British Hong Kong" that I wore to meet Val Kilmer. The Pandora stations they play are now on my feed. The incense can be a bit much for me, but even my very picky daughter has found clothing. I've seen negative posts for the consignment end; I know nothing about that. This review is for selling and consignment. I straight up got ripped off. They bought from me a $600 retail coach purse, that cute vest that was down feathered I got for $18 and never worn, some Steve Madden shoes, and gave me $28 total. I asked if they could do $35 and they said "NO" straight up worst resale experience ever! All there clothes are over priced and not even that cute. I'm sure they priced my things 80 percent mark up! . The women who run the place are back there gossiping about people they know loud enough for everyone in there to hear there judgmental self ritious opinions. I saw them rip off the girl in front of me gave her like $18 for a ton of stuff. I could tell she was shocked too. I was in Temecula for a work function and decided to start searching for consignment clothing shops, while I went to most of them, this one I somehow didn't put on my list! Karma was good to me and I noticed it as I was heading to the gas station, so of course I had to stop in! It is located in a very small strip mall, very easily passable. They had a sale rack out front with some decent stuff. Inside it is rather large and set up with stuff everywhere. I'm not too sure if that is a positive or negative because I am a more orderly shopper and I don't want to be looking up every wall to see everything. There was a designer rack. Mostly Juicy Couture and other semi-designers, no high end couture fashion or anything like that. As far as other racks went they were organized very neatly according to category. They do sell shoes, they all seemed a bit dated and were not organized very well and were throughout the store. I by nature always flock to the sale rack. It was ok stuff, I could definitely tell why most of it was on clearance... BUT WAIT. What did I find? A CHRISTIAN DIOR Blazer marked down then marked down again to only $15! Ha heck yes I held onto that with my life. When I went to check out the ladies that worked there almost seemed hesitant to sell it to me at that price.... this is when I start becoming weary. What kind of store marks something down only to then give the impression that it was a mistake? Needless to say, I still got it at that price but I could definitely tell the hesitation in the ladies tones. They had a rack out in front of sale items to I automatically assumed that it was half off the listed price since that is what the other rack was. Definitely ASK what the exact sale price is. They have a little system and if you don't know if you may be very confused. FYI they sell designer and FAKE bags.... so make sure you know what you are looking for before you buy it! That was a NEGATIVE in my book that they sold fake bags there. Prices I feel are a bit high for what it was, only because I shop at a lot of consignment clothing stores so I have become very, very picky on what I find acceptable. Overall, glad I stopped in, but it really pissed me off when the ladies that worked there started getting a bit snappy when I questioned certain markdown items and whatnot. I stopped in today on my way to a haircut, since I had some time to kill. I found some cute items (a REALLY cute houndstooth blazer for $15) but take the 'brand name' statement with a grain of salt. I don't consider Merona (Target), American Eagle (Payless Shoes), etc name brands. I was also disappointed with the quality of some of the items. I saw a pair of boots that had the fake leather outside flaking off! Really? And I saw a purse with ink stains on the outside. Usually consignment stores are a bit more discerning. I really wish I could just teleport here from the OC. It's literally the best consignment/resale shop I've ever been to. No you may not find a shirt for $1.75 but you will find great deals on very nice quality stuff. You'll be greeted by very nice staff who will even put your clothes in a dressing room for you and you won't have to deal with that very common thrift store smell (in fact, it smells delicious!). If you're bringing clothes in, I believe they only take them until 1pm so keep that in mind. But if you're looking for some great deals on very nice clothes and a shopping experience that makes you feel like you're at a high end store, then definitely check out this gem!
